This is the worst burger king ever. More than once I have received wrong item... when telling them it's wrong they will argue.. even when more than one person heard the order and knows they are wrong... They don't apologize or attempt to fix the order.. Terrible service .. hi could give zero stars

I am not a fan of Spaniard music or Latin music.The people that work there blasted loud like it's the only music in society.Play a VARIETY OF MUSIC FROM AROUND THW WORLD.
No hot coffee except for mornings! Tired drivers do not want iced coffee at night. Fire whomever dreamed that up.

I've been here a few times now and have gotten great service every time. The hamburgers are hands down way better than McDonald's and I like the fact that I can get a good meal that is fairly inexpensive. I really like the rodeo burger, meat onion rings and a tangy bbq sauce. Simple is just fine with me

I was craving a burger and Burger King popped in my mind. I remember Burger King being a generous place with large portions and reasonable prices and it seems to be changing every day. Maybe it’s not personal and all of corporate America is going downhill, but half of my experience here is a clear example that things are changing. Now I will say I enjoyed the modern decor and atmosphere. It has a classic vibe to it. There were a lot of customers and it was kept clean. There was handicapped access and parking spaces for them. This Burger King is also connected to a gas station and it’s little market. Some of the prices here seem to still be decent. My guest had ordered 2 jr. burgers for $5. He said it was actually very tasty and it’s a good idea so you don’t always have to get such a huge burger if you’re not feeling up to it. Plus you can eat one now and save one for later, how perfect! The downside to this specific Burger King was was the disappointment I felt when the Manager was not understanding. I had repeated my order twice to make sure the cashier understood and yet it still came out incorrect. The manager ended up giving me what I wanted and for that I was happy, but the manager should always act kind and patient with the customers even if they’re wrong. The workers also need to be trained better so they know how to correctly respond to their customers when there is a problem. Overall, good food and place, customer service just needs to be worked on! We had gone past our turn-off, and ended up at this location. Since we had left so early, it was a good time to get something to eat.I ordered two meals - one a sausage and egg sandwich. Mine was a bisquit with egg (no cheese). It was made with cheese, so they graciously changed it. I had an orange juice, the other meal with a coffee. The tater tots seemed to have changed. I have not eaten at a BK in a very long time.The place was nice and clean with restrooms. The staff and atmosphere were really great. Thanks for making a wrong turn into a delightful stop.Keep up the great work!

It's Burger King. Food was usual, nothing wrong or spectacular. What makes this location different is the crew. I have never had a mistake with my order, I have always dealt with very pleasant people. If you like BK, AND want to order from and recieve your order from hard working, accurate and pleasent people, this is the BK for you!
