I ordered a chicken sandwich at Dunkin and waited… and waited… and waited. Then someone finally came out, and when I was expecting to eat (I was very hungry), they told me they were out of chicken.
This was before noon, so it’s very unlikely they ran out due to a high number of orders. Terrible experience — I wasted my time and left hungry.

Purchased chicken wrap for $7.31 today. It’s something extremely small, even doesn’t reach your stomach. Not tasty at all, something juicy inside. Is it a joke, DUNKIN? Proof attached.

The receipt shows the cashier as BHAVESHA. I had a very disappointing visit to this Dunkin. I saw flies and spiders inside the donut display, which was extremely unhygienic. When I looked at the employee, she only gave a fake smile, making the situation worse. I ordered latte, a cup of water later realized I was charged $1 for water, yet she still handed me a small cup instead of a large and the whole interaction with her honestly felt extremely greedy and unfair. Because of this experience, I would never visit this unhygienic, greedy location again.

Rosario needs an attitude adjustment immediately. She provided the worst customer service in Dunkin Donuts history. Wearing headphones and ignoring customers is why people like her need disciplinary action. Rosario needs to do better.

Got a new SMALL blended coffee. On the menu it read $4.05 when looking at my receipt I was charged $6.29. More than their large coffees blended coffees or other large coffees. I brought this up and after some back and forth with a guy (18-22), whom was by himself. I wanted a refund and no offer. He told me to get screwed. I called in next day to complain and got an “I’m sorry” from a nice young woman. Can I get this explained? It’s not really about the money but I’d like the offense back to be shown the principle. Treat people with kind service, and charge based upon your menu or specify BEFORE purchase. Especially if the customer brings it up before. Guy probably had a bad day but that shouldn’t have been my problem. Male working by himself around 7:33pm 6/25/2025

I went in for a coffee today and was met with a young lady who had a very hostile vibe. I could tell I rubbed her wrong by just being there. I'm not sure if she spit in my coffee but when I looked over at her making it I noticed she was pulling away a silver dish from her mouth (I'm assuming the cream or milk dish). I didn't want to deal with the hassel of her hostility for having to be at work. I just threw the drink away without taking a sip. I was sad to find out my teen drank out of it before I threw it away. I go here and buy my kids a snack every now and then but never for myself. Today is mother's day and I thought I would treat myself with a fancy coffee. But ... it wasn't my type of fancy. .. .

If i can give no star i will. Today is the first time I encountered a rude person because ine of the staff was giving an attitude towards to my mom. (If your tired get some rest)My mom was trying to purchase a dunkin donut inside at walmart for my niece and nephew. When my mom was looking at the donut she saw a fly yes a fly(insect) she told one of the person staff in dunkin donut but this person talk to my mom inappropriate she said. “We cant do anything about it” so i ask her are you guys still going to sell this donut even if flies are all over of the donut? Then She said if you don't wanna support the business then don't buy it. I love dunk-in donut but as a food merchandise you guys need to make sure the food you were selling is clean and insects free and please try to tell the staff no need to be rude if they don't like there job they can quit. If they are having a bad day or they are tired then take a break don’t give your frustration to others. And always remember be nice to everyone. I will never go back to this place even if I really like dunkin donuts.
