My mother and I came with a service dog and were treated as second class citizens and shoved in the corner by some dirty children's toys. Left immediately.
Excellent bistro, delicious food and wine selection, the owner is very polite and friendly, highly recommended

So delighted to discover this gem. I was hesitant to try because of the location in a strip mall next to a liquor store. But the proprietors have done an amazing job transforming the space into something cozy, welcoming, and casually elegant. The food is straightforward and well executed. The house made pates, quiche, and deviled eggs are wonderful. Mussels with frites light and fresh. My favorite was actually the celeraic soup, which was so flavorful and bright. The sauvignon vermentino they were serving by the glass was amazing and paired so well with the food. If you are looking for huge flavors, this restaurant is much more subtle than that. They let the ingredients shine without drowning in butter, oil, salt. You end the meal feeling very satisfied but not stuffed. It's homestyle French food that is not easy to find. I hope Maison Porcella continues to shine as it is a huge asset for the neighborhood!

The packaged merquez sausage they make is really good. And this is coming from an Arab guy that's eaten it all his life.

What a gem!!The food is as good as it gets...home away from home for a french person...like moi... Maud is super sweet , says it as it is and the food is right on point.. The asparagus salad and salade Lyonnaise were more than perfect , boudin blanc just delicious and then...came the Feuillete au jambon...no one else does this and it is soooooo delicious.Pour le dessert....tarte aux myrtilles , simple and very tasty. Maud and MHJB "le chef" love what they do and it shows , no fuss ...only love for food and hospitality...While you are there, you can also get few "souvenir" like pâté or sausage , to take home .., or a good bottle of wine and little things from France.Stop by and have a slice of France in SoCo.#shopsmall #famillybusiness

An amazing “right out of Paris” dining experience. Starting with the decadently rich Cauliflower Soup, fresh beet salad, Sweetbreads (amazing) and the mashed potatoes you would never be able to duplicate. Charming atmosphere and warm service. A definite date night or fun couples night out.
Didn't eat in the restaurant, but bought several items to go. The ham, pates, croque monsieur were all excellent. Looking forward to eating a meal at the restaurant.
