I have tried many different Mary's Pizza locations over the years and none of them have ever met my expectations with pizza or any of the food. I decided to try this location and to my surprise all the food was amazing as well as the service I would 100% recommend this location.

Great pizza for a birthday dinner! Got a Combo, Pepperoni, and a deep pepperoniđ. Back in the day the pizzas were loaded with pepperoni and you could grab a bread stick from the counter while you waited. Maybe we just got unlucky, but I would love to see those two things next time?:) Pepperonis are back! Thanks marrys for loading our pizzas down with the goods!

Overall atmosphere was pleasant, but the workers seemed very sad and unresponsive. Certainly not happy. The pizza was mediocre at best and lacked a good yeasty chew, and the toppings tend to be very scarce.

With only 6 tables having lunch, it took over 45 minutes to get a bowl of soup, two salads and a slice of pizza. The staff in the kitchen was doing nothing, absolutely no enthusiasm or any type of effort from any of them. Very disappointing to see people not care about their customers or their jobs.

I came down for the fair with my kids and decide to grab pizza for dinner before heading back home to Ukiah. I called placed an order and told them we where on are way. The girl told me 10 to 15 minutes and I said great enough time ge there and eat. When I arrive 12 mins later I was told that I couldn't eat inside. I asked way and the young man said because I said it was to go. I told him I never said it was to go. He said we could dine in. Then we asked to speak to a manager and he said he was the manager and we said that this was bad customer service. Then he said we could stay but when to tell the rest of his staff that he was upset. Not one of your employees it's acknowledged us the whole time we where there. Which was less than 25 minutes. The guy man that was working on the floor was have a deep conversation with two lady's about the football game and telling them it was ok that they stay as long as they need to. We felt every uncomfortable. When we left we asked the manager name and he said Jake. My wife and I have been in management for a long time and told Jack this is definitely a learning opportunity for him and his staff. Jack did say it was policy that to go orders can't dine in. We explain that the girl that took are order should have asked the question if we where eating in? As I said we where coming from the fair and heading over an hour home we had no intention of eat in the car. Pizza was not great and yes we ate it as we had hungry kids. We hope with this post that the staff will learn and think about how this makes your customers feel. Times are tough and we do have lots of options and choices Mary's pizza shack. I have ordered from this restaurant three times and each time they have gotten my order wrong. I have been going to Maryâs Pizza so since it was a shack in Sonoma and I canât believe how bad the Windsor restaurant is. Itâs really really disappointing

Really disappointed with the fettuccine Alfredo. Itâs like they didnât even put any sauce on the noodles. If your spending 20 bucks on noodles, you should get some sauce.

The meal was satisfactory, although service was slow. Breadsticks arrived after an unacceptable delay and were served cold. The creamy pesto cheese ravioli was enjoyable, though excessive pesto sauce detracted from the dish. The Cobb salad was delicious, excluding the blue cheese and bacon.

Had an order of two entrees and two salads delivered and they forgot the order of breadsticks and blue cheese yet I was charged for them. When I called immediately to let them know, the gal who I spoke with told me they would have them delivered. 2 1/2 hours later theyâve Not been delivered and I was assuming they wouldn't be. So my husband called to find out what was going on and they said because it was a DoorDash delivery, we have to call DoorDash because maybe the driver might have taken them. Well, I doubt that since the bag was sealed and had stickers closing the top of it and if thatâs the case, why didnât the gal tell me that when I called 2 1/2 hours ago. So then I asked can you just credit my card back because I was charged for them and she said no you have to call DoorDash⊠so basically Marys could have and probably did forget to put them in the bag and theyâre off the hook because they said itâs DoorDashâs problem and my problem. Itâs not the money, itâs the principal. Just a heads up if you order from Marys In Windsor that if you donât get your order, itâs your problem if you have it delivered by DoorDash or third-party and you wonât get your money back unless you deal with that third-party

Stopped in to pick up a pizza but found out it was happy hour Monday through Friday.From 326 ordered the brischetta , and the chicken wings both came out fast and very good
