I used to only go to panda every 6 months and regret it, but the past 2 times, whoever’s cooking is doing great, normally the fried rice and chowmein are dry as hell but lately you guys are doing it right. Foods been excellent.

Best Asian fast food around, always good quality and quick service
The food is usually ok and the staff is nice. But dear lord, they are the slowest ppl I've ever seen in a fd place. Every time I'm in there, there are 9 ppl in line, and we all literally joke and give each other the look, lol.Always like 4 ppl, maybe... ringer is just chatting away. The food line girl looks like she hates being there. The manager is just over their shoulders slowing thwm down more... It's a real mess in there... I never waited less than 10 minutes, but they are nice, luckily.

My wife and I went into this resturant at 4:45 in 4-17-2024. We were back of the line of a line of 3 people ahead of us. After about 5 minutes of waiting with no movement in the line it became painfully clear that the people behind the counter were giving priority to call in orders. We finally walked out after waiting 10 minutes in line with only one person of the three in front of us that was starting to be served. I would hardly call this "Panda "Express".....more like "Panda Prolonged" due to call in orders taking prority.

The service from the staff was OUTSTANDING. The place was very clean and nice inside. However, the FOOD WAS NOT EDIBLE. I got half noodle/fried rice and three sides. (Firecracker Shrimp, Angus Beef, and the Beijing Beef) Those 3 sides were luke warm, at best, not to mention just down right soggy almost. The noodles were very VERY DRY, LIKE THE SAHARA DESERT. The only thing I ate out of all of it was the fried rice. The shrimp was mushy and overcooked.I don't think I am going back anytime soon.

This was the rudest experience I’ve ever had at a Panda Express. They had attitude and that is not pleasant. It’s a shame to feel this from young people in a service oriented position. Whoever trained this staff obviously is lacking the ability to do the job properly. They didn’t have all the items on the menu available. We were there Saturday 1-13-24 around 4:30. We won’t be back and will never recommend you.

Clearly need help. There's like 10 workers and it takes over 10 mins just to get someone to actually respond to tell then the names of the orders, you basically have to cut in line just to say something. Then it takes 25-30 mins for 2 orders. Seriously need help here because it's very unorganized

Stopped at Panda Express in Windsor on our way home from Santa Rosa. Food is always fresh & lots of it. Staff is efficient..not really friendly.
