Lady cut in front of me in line and the manager said nothing to rectify the situation. I was very upset and tried to tell the manager but she referred to another manager. The lady that did the line cutting just started to lie and said I was on my phone . Totally tried to cover up her lies. The manager initially should have at least asked the lady but honestly she was a practiced liar

I’d give this place a zero if I could. Wow! I placed a $300 order today for my first grade students for a Chinese Lunar New Year celebration. I requested for it to be ready at 11:15. We arrived for pick up at 11. It wasn’t ready until after 11:30.

The order should have included 3 orange chicken platters, various rice and chow mein sides, and had four salad bowls for teachers. The order also had a note for utensils, plates, napkins, and soy sauce for 70. There were plates, no napkins, no utensils/chopsticks, and 28 fortune cookies. We did get a small box of soy sauce though.
Last year we did this as a grade level celebration with the best of care. All of these items were included without reminders. We were also given a serving tong for EACH platter. This year we had ordered (though not received) 8 platters and didn’t receive ANY tongs or serving spoons.

Two of the lunch order bowls were incorrect. The nuisance of delayed time was incredibly annoying and messed up our serving time with students, as well as caused quite a wait for my pick up person.

But, the worst of it was that two of the most expensive MAIN dishes (orange chicken) were missing!

Upon calling, the manager told me that they for sure handed the pick up person two containers of orange chicken. (Mind you, we ordered three.) He then argued with me for ten minutes and told me this has happened before and I “must go check my car” because it had to have “slipped under the seat”. He continued to argue with me regarding these three things; They gave me two for sure (despite my ordering three), that they knew it was in the car under the seat, and that he would investigate.

After calling corporate, and about half an hour, they called me back and said they watched cameras and that they did NOT in fact give us 2 (or 3, that we ordered) orange chicken, and did verify they messed up and would refund the chicken.

I will NOT ever use this location again for our school festivities. Do NOT recommend. The service was poor. The food is mediocre. The customer service was horrendous. I’ve never been gaslit, accused of lying, and told to check my car repeatedly as if I am unable to check for two full catering platters of chicken and “lost” such things. Ridiculous.

No plant based options. Usually I get eggplant with tofu and rice this store doesn’t offer that item. They tried to tell me it’s discontinued but I know that’s not true. I just had this item the other day on SF peninsula.

I came in quick before there was a line, as I had already ordered they made me wait for chowmein, then they took longer because they put another wait on the teriyaki but didn’t let me know beforehand. I waited around 20 minutes and the order was still wrong, workers are rude and I think they’re jealous of me or something. Everyone else behind me kept getting they’re food first. I used to love panda express, but this location changed me perspective.

Food is always fresh and the staff is friendly! Plus, I left my purse at my table and a staff member picked it up right away and kept it safe until my return. So nice and top notch service!!

I used to only go to panda every 6 months and regret it, but the past 2 times, whoever’s cooking is doing great, normally the fried rice and chowmein are dry as hell but lately you guys are doing it right. Foods been excellent.

The food is usually ok and the staff is nice. But dear lord, they are the slowest ppl I've ever seen in a fd place. Every time I'm in there, there are 9 ppl in line, and we all literally joke and give each other the look, lol.Always like 4 ppl, maybe... ringer is just chatting away. The food line girl looks like she hates being there. The manager is just over their shoulders slowing thwm down more... It's a real mess in there... I never waited less than 10 minutes, but they are nice, luckily.
