Delivered fresh, super hot, tasty ingredients, box was secured with a label, and Parmesan cheese and red pepper flakes were wrapped in the receipt with a thank you sticker. I wanted to give a shout out to the Windsor Pizza Guys. We ordered 67 pizzas for the Brooks school kids for raising money and they went above and beyond, made sure the teachers got appreciation coupons, gave the Mattie-Brooks PTA a discount on the huge order and were really just awesome to work with. Took me two trips to deliver them! I look forward to working with them again!

Horrible service!! Ordered delivery thru DoorDash. I can see my order, and it clearly shows I did not make any adjustments to the Hawaiian Luau stuffed crust, except to cancel the whole order if out. I also ordered wings with 2 sauces (which I did receive) and Garlic rolls with 2 sauces (did not receive); total of 3 items, which all came in individual boxes. Not one of the boxes had a name on it, which would make it very easy to see who the order belongs to!! I don't want a driver opening my boxes to see if the correct pizza is delivered!! How stupid can a restaurant be, not to do something so simple, especially when they have signed up with a delivery app! I talked to 2 people from this location, supposedly a manager after I requested, and they really need to learn customer service.

I have been getting their pizza for several years and it has always been great! They also have coupons in the local throw paper. A large pizza also includes a liter of soda!

This is the 1st time I've ordered from Pizza Guy. Ordered a Combo with White Garlic Sauce. Absolutely Delicious! Definitely will come back on my next Pizza night.This is not a dine in Pizza Palor take out or delivery only. Great customer service was a plus. In my opinion best price for the best quality pizza. Plus they deliver in-house as well. Plenty of other options and the staff was super friendly. Dont plan on eating there, there is no indoor dining. It's not a big place, but the pizza is top notch. I have picked up and have also had delivery. The delivery person each time has been super nice. They are fast too.
Excellent customer service and delicious food. I ordered online and entered the coupon code, which was reflected on the order screen, but when I added gratuity, it seems it removed the discount. The Manager, Jose, said he could either do the refund or they have a cookie dessert that is basically the same price as what we would have saved. It was nice that he gave us options. Also, they used to do curbside pickup but recently changed this. The manager, Jose, was so nice as he still brought the food out to the car. Having a two year old who often puts up a fight to get him in his car seat, I am beyond grateful for his kindness.Although this is across town from us and we have pizza places a little closer, I would go here hands down.Thanks Jose for your wonderful customer service!

Used Uber Eats and ran into problems with their logistics. The manager at Pizza Guys was more than accommodating. Pizza was delicious and service top notch! They have gluton-free options available. Give them a try!!
