I’ve been here five times and it’s awesome every time. The food is fantastic from the nigiri to the rolls to the entrees. The staff is very nice- they must do a great job hiring and training. The servers are all high school/college age and they are extremely friendly and offer fabulous service. If you haven’t been, you are missing out.

The sushi is always great here. Service is good as well. We ordered the Japanese chicken off the appetizer menu tonight and it was not a great portion size which is tolerable however the chicken was lacking, over cooked dry and tough to chew. I mentioned it to our server and she responded by saying that the kitchen was a little backed up but it looked like the normal size order to her. I don't think she was understanding that it was not good. We paid full price for everything and tipped 20%. However, I think they need to know though that that chicken dish is not worth having on the menu if what we got was normal.

Nice meal overall and the miso soup was hot and full of flavor. We enjoyed our dishes which included two very different sushi rolls and as well I had the steak teriyaki and my husband really liked his tempura. The only disappointment was the salad which is typical for Japanese restaurants.

We went for the ramen and were disappointed. We ordered the pork chashu shoyu ramen. The pork was dry, and the flavors were dull. The appetizer was good.

New ramen is awful unfortunately. Chicken was extremely dry and rubbery, the only topping is a plain, hard boiled egg. The only good part was the broth. $34 for two bowls of this quality is shameful. I used to love coming here, so it’s sad to see what’s happened.
