Service was fast and portions were big for the price. If you prefer moist bbq without much smoke this is the place for you. We had the brisket and pulled pork with cornbread. Everything was moist and looked great and the bbq sauce is good. However, there was not much smoke flavor. There was no visible smoke ring on the brisket which means it did not spend much time in the smoker before being wrapped. I would give more stars if it had smoke flavor.

I've only had their side order of Tri-Tip. It was cooked to PERFECTION, on the rare side of medium rare with just the right amount of delicious BBQ sauce. They included extra BBQ sauce on the side. I then had to meet the cook, he's from Beijing, just to tell him how much I had enjoyed the food. I'll be back!

We adore BBQ, and it’s always fun to discover a new local place that does barbecue plus all the sides.I got the pulled pork and the pulled chicken, which were OK (meh) but nothing to write home about. My partner got the ribs — about which he made happy noises while eating — and the BBQ (teriyaki) chicken, which was way better than the pulled chicken.The cornbread was generous, tasty, and came with *almost* enough honey butter.The other sides were fine — again, nothing exceptional, but definitely edible. Drink selections other than sodas are limited.Sauces, salt and pepper, and paper towels sit on the tables; plastic cutlery you have to get yourself.When we come back, we’re thinking ribs and brisket are the best deal.

Compared to brooks it now waters down ranch dressing...no longer offers soda fountain drinks...changed taste of beans and barbq sauce not to better.....tables are left messy and unserviced as there is no trash to bus your own table....so food and service has declined in my opinion.

Absolutely delicious BBQ. Tried the brisket and ribs and it was so good that i came back the next day for breakfast to order the exact same thing. The brisket is so tender it wants to just fall apart, and is wonderfully fatty. Huge portions for the price. The owner is extremely friendly also. 2 thumbs up for the keto traveller.

We stopped in for some dinner to go. Wishing we would have eaten there.So we got the Three meats 2 sides. Great value and always delicious. Spicy chicken, pulled pork and tri-tip. Sides were there very yummy coleslaw and baked. We added there fresh homemade cornbread.The staff there is always so welcoming and friendly. Truly so we decided to sit down and had a beer. Customers coming in were also friendly. Had great conversations, laughs and a blast. Thank you.

The meat was cooked decently....but lacked any flavor of smoke at all. It's hard to call something barbecue when it doesn't taste of any wood smoke and is simply grilled. The brisket was a bit chewy and the ribs were not at all falling off the bone.If you've been to Texas, the south, or anywhere that takes long slow smoking of meats seriously, you'll be disappointed. If you want a decent sit-down cafe to get some grilled meats this is the place.
