Every single time I come here my drink is either wrong, undrinkable or both. I am currently drinking my $6 latte that was made with the wrong milk, iced instead of hot like I asked multiple times, no whipped cream when I requested whipped cream, and the coffee tastes like it was made with dirty dishwater.

To me it’s a Starbucks, I usually get coffee, a bagel or croissant. They’re all about the same. I do go off of how customer service was. I felt like they were decent appropriate and kind. We didn’t go in. We just went through the drive-through to get breakfast.

We go to Starbucks everyday and order the same thing . Grande Vanilla latte with whole milk and a well toasted bagel . I can't tell you how many times they make my drink without the Vanilla and the bagel is not toasted well you can barely see any toasting on the bagel. What a waste of money over and over again.

The worst drive through ever! I waited almost 20 minutes for one drink. This is not the first time. This drive through is the worst. Super slow!! It’s unbelievable they take this long. Management does not do their job. Good luck waiting forever at the drive though.

This is the third time now this week at this location where they made my order wrong. They lack cold foam and Carmel drizzle is nonexistent with them. When I asked the employees to put more cold foam because they didn’t put any on my coffee they told me their cold foam hasn’t been right so it’ll be the same. Went to another location to get my coffee remade and the employees there laughed an asked if they even put cold foam or Carmel drizzle in because it was just a black iced coffee, they kindly remade my order correct. I’m putting pictures down below because this is upsetting I’m spending $7 for them to not even try to get my order correct and I’m not trying to drive to a different location just so it’s made the way I ordered. Mind you I have not drank anything from this coffee yet it came with it not being full.

It's alright. The Staff are pretty friendly and the Manager is super nice. I spend most of my early weekdays there getting work done. The Toilets could do with a more regular/proper servicing between shifts cos it's always messy. Also there is a faulty light bulb inside the Cafe area near the benches that has not been changed in days. Its pretty annoying when you're trying to focus and it keeps flickering.
