Food is average if that. Service is HORRIBLE. I ordered online after not having subway for years. I go in and wait in line because their "express pickip" sign is by the counter. When it was my turn, both employees were extremely rude for the fact i didnt see the mobile order rack hiding in the corner. I was embarrassed only because of how the employees treated me. I wont be back. Thanks alot for giving me the reason to not ever go to subway again. Not worth my time or money. Also smells funny there.

Service was terrible, walked in around 8:20pm and they close at 9pm. Girl that worked on July 20th, 2023 in the evening said she's closed when the closing is at 9pm. Saying everything was put away when someone walked out the door right when we were walking in. Doesn't make sense to me, waste a gas and waste of time to come here. Go somewhere else

Online ordered a chicken teriyaki sandwich with cheese, lettuce, pickles, olives. Got a cheese, bell pepper, and olives sandwich. No chicken on a chicken sandwich! The biggest frustration was that we had driven all the way there, driven all the way home, tried to call, but their phone number is disconnected. Had to drive all the way there and back again to get the correct sandwich. Nothing more than "we have a new employee, didn't have time to check their work because we were busy"

I am giving this review a 1 star mainly in regards to the service I was given. When I walked in I stood at the counter for several minutes only to be greeted by a "are up here for a togo" from a woman hiding in the back who was visibly bothered as she was on her cell phone as if I was disturbing her. She pointed to the rack where I grabbed my food and I asked where I could get a cup since it was a meal, she said "which size small?" again very irritated that she actually had to help a customer. They also put yellow mustard instead of honey mustard, which are two different things. It clearly shows on my receipt that I asked for honey mustard. While the food was not bad, I will not be going back as I could go the the various other sandwich shops in the same shopping center and get much better customer service.

Service was fast..food was freshly made..lots of sandwich choices to choose from.Kid-friendliness: Family oriented for families with kids..Parking: Located in a mall where there is plenty of free parking just across the street.Wheelchair accessibility: It is wheelchair accessible but during peak times it will be crowded for a wheelchair.
