Absolutely.Ridiculous all of the food was cold.The cheese sauce For the large Nacho fries, which was half full and so was the sauce?My cheesy gordita crunch has maybe a 1/2, a teaspoon of meeting it for $50 for food.Absolutely not okay And to literally have to order all your food on a screen and not get to talk to a person not acceptable Also your managers And employees are also smoking weed in the parking lot.It's a total hang out.Not a job you should give everyone's money back.This is absolutely ridiculous.I I guess we should have read all of the reviews. Because whoever owns this Taco Bell owes all of us. Their money back same issues. Tacos, looks like s*** Everything was half. Then what it should have been and you charge the mountain charge. Absolutely, not okay. I want my $50 back.

I live 1 mile from the windsor taco bell and I drive all the way to santa rosa when i have a craving for it , the windsor is horrible, small everything with tacos with no meat or cheese its really sad, used to be a good place to eat. Well I have an update on the windsor taco bell as i have always believed in 2nd chances but i cant believe what i just experienced, the worst taco bell food i have ever had in my life , who ever reads this from taco bell management needs to train the person making the food on sunday 11-17-2024 at 12:15pm , absolutely horrible, so bad i threw most of it away, does taco bell management not read these reviews???????

All the floors and tables were dirty, the bathroom looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in WEEKS and the restaurant was freezing cold (like 60 degrees or less, we were shivering). The food was ok and we did receive the correct orders.
When through that drive through the girl was very pleasant. We got her order on time and it was fixed just right?

Moved to Windsor 5 months ago in April 2024 , food and service was great but few months ago in July food and service turned to garbage , what ever employee changes were made change back asap , tacos have barely any meat or cheese it’s horrible

Service was horrible, the people at this Taco Bell were extremely rude, they are lazy and don’t ever give things needed, they don’t put ice in drinks claiming they “ran out” when there’s clearly ice in the front, they don’t give forks or sauces, their food looks thrown together and isn’t made correctly, the inside is freezing cold, the bathroom lights don’t work and is rarely cleaned, the kiosks are broken or very glitchy. Don’t eat here
