Nothing like many of the other Mexican places in town. You won't find a super burrito on the menu. Instead you'll find very tasty and refreshing alternatives. Our waitress was awesome. The food was great. Really good iced tea, if that's your thing. We'll be back for sure.
Everything was delicious! The pork chop was so juicy, the vegetables perfectly cooked, the prickly pear and tequila ice cream was amazing. I’m from Texas but when I’m back in town I’ll be sure to go back!
Run don’t walk to Tu Mole Madre! Delish food, friendly staff, hidden gem!
Very nice place and great customer service. Went for brunch buffet, which is Sundays from 9am to 2pm, at $30 per person, mimosas extra at $10. Got there a bit late, walking in just before 1pm. There weren't many other customers. Café de olla was sweet and good, food at the buffet table included huevo con salsa, frijoles, arroz, menudo, pozole, birria and fixings. Chilaquiles, "pizza" (apparently with a twist, which I didn't try) and some sort of sopes were available upon request (they were good). Got chilaquiles verdes and they were delicious! The rest of the food was ok, since it was a bit cold, I guess that's to be expected when getting there within the last hour of the buffet. Will try going again earlier, and also for regular dinner (not buffet) currently open only Wednesdays to Saturdays.
I love the sopes fresh made it and also the chilaquiles and I bought a beautiful dress ? thank you for your kind service
Thank you to family Diaz and Tu Mole Madre staff for hosting today's event. Loved the fajitas, the hand made tortillas, Guacamole, and salsas.Place has a great decoration.
Great food and service, by local family!!!

Amazing gem of a restaurant!! Delicious food and wonderful people who work here. We've been twice, once for tacos and another for Sunday brunch - both outstanding!!
We went last night and our server Daisy was very sweet. The food was amazing. Very traditional! We ordered the fish, carnitas and pastor tacos, very flavorful and well seasoned. We also got to try the mole, red and black. Both fantastic but the table favored the red. We also were able to try a few other dishes like the shrimp taco, molotes (which to me was like a fried savory donut with meat inside, delicious!), as well as another dish which was our favorite of the night but sadly I don't remember the name. It looked to me like a sope kind of. The tortilla was clearly homemade and the best I've ever had. So flavorful and thick. Like the name entails, it's as if it's your mom or grandma making you food. In fact, the "madre" was there making us our food herself and brought it to us! Finally, we got the flan. The BEST FLAN. We loved it so much we ordered a second one. Everything there is made from scratch homemade. Highly recommend you stop by.

Continues to impress us. Great family, great experiences. Thank you!
New flavors very exquisite food
This restaurant is only open on certain days and reserved events. The menu for our reserved event was customized: beef, chicken, or vegetable fajitas with all the sides. The corn tortillas made from scratch on that day was amazing. For me, the fresh churro filled with vanilla cream topped off the meal perfectly. Everyone in our party raved about the food: all bellies were content.
A good place for an early Sunday branch, buffet style. Tradicional Mexican cuisine.
The service could be better, the food was good, all good.
