This is absolutely some of the best wine not only in Windsor but in the greater region — the TS team work magic on lesser-known varietals, so you won’t find wines like this anywhere else. Hunter was a fantastic host in the tasting room, talking us through their philosophy while also making the wines approachable for less experienced drinkers. Also, talk about great bottle prices!
We stumbled upon this location while in the area and SO glad we did. The wine was incredible and the vibe was perfect to end our day. They did the perfect balance of making us feel at home while still answering any questions/providing interesting information on all the tasting wines. Would recommend anyone who is in this area to check it out. You also, if you are lucky, will get to interact with the cutest pup(s)!! Stop by and hang out you won’t be disappointed :)
Went for the flight taste. I loved the inventive fresh feel of the way the products are presented with reverence and respect for natural wine making. The host was fantastic: she was informative, supportive of other natural wine makers, down to earth, approachable while clearly being informed and experienced. This made for a relaxing and educational experience.
