West Coast Sourdough - Windsor

Price is pretty steep for what you get. Good sandwiches, but even without a meal it was a lot of $ for 2. I want a bit more for a $12 sandwich plus tax and tip. The sourdough itself was decent but not excellent.

Outstanding sandwiches. Loved the crunchy ness of the bread. Reminded me of the submarine sandwiches we had as a kid when our dad would take us to a submarine sandwich shop on Lombard Street in San Francisco. Service though was a little slow in taking our order. Had to stand there for over 5 minutes waiting for the cashier to finish taking a phone order before we could order. Think they need a separate way to take phone orders if they are that popular. But a Great Sandwich!!!!

I found this place on a recent trip back to California from Idaho and their bread is phenomenal. Maybe it's cuz I can't get good sourdough in Idaho but then add their sandwiches to it and the ability for them to cook you a baguette in a couple of minutes to take home completely knocks it out of the park. I'm dinging them one star because they are stupid expensive but then again everything in California is stupid expensive. I hope this helps somebody

Turkey Pesto & Broccoli Cheddar Soup absolutely delicious. This place blows the doors off any Panera Bread.

West Coast Sourdough checked all boxes to earn a 5 star review. The restaurant was clean and there was a comfortable table empty for us. Customer service was excellent with employees greeting us with a smile and displaying outstanding manners as they took our order. Price was very reasonable and portions were plentiful. Finally, the food was very good. My Cobb salad was loaded with turkey, bacon, avocado, blue cheese, hard boiled eggs, lettuce, tomato and some croutons. My wife's Greek salad had tremendous flavor and the small was more than enough for her. West Coast Sourdough provided us with an outstanding wine country lunch and did it in a timely manner as not to be late to our next tasting. We will be back.

All the veggies were warm and the bread was so tough I could not chew it!

I'd been driving all day to catch my sister's graduation, and my wife and I thoroughly enjoyed their sandwiches and hospitality. Great sandwiches!
