Really nice atmosphere with nice looking table and comfortable chairs. Very clean restaurant, attentive staff friendly and helpful.
Wor wonton soup had a lot of shrimp and wontons the small bowl was huge. Vegetable egg foo young had so many vegetables and the sauce was not very salty at all.
Relaxing music also, prices are not high.

Love it!! My new discovery!!! Great chinese in Windsor…,how nice!
Hubby got the fried rice with all the meats and it had zero taste, and reminded us of minute rice with canned veggies and a few pieces of mystery sprinkled in here and there. I got the Kung Pau chicken and it did not come with rice like most other places include. We combined the 2 meals along with the small amount of leftover potsticker sauce for flavor. That made it tolerable.
The potstickers were really good.
The service was fine. We got takeout.
Overall, If I had to go back, I could get potstickers, but considering the food here is less than mediocre, I’m not considering it anytime soon.
If you like classic 80s/90s Chinese food, this is the place! It's predictable in a good way, and the prices are really great. The service is friendly. Really, one of the best Chinese restaurants in Sonoma County.

Recently moved to Windsor and tried Yin Keng tonight. The food was very good and the flavors were balanced. The veggies tasted fresh. The stand out dish was the potstickers which were unique and extremely tasty. We will definitely be back.
