We were there with a group on New Year's eve. First I want to say that the food was good and the waitress was very busy. We had alot of wait time but she did good for how busy she was. The music was so loud!!!! We asked to turn it down she said someone had asked already and her manager turned it down. No. The music was never turned down. We couldn't even have a conversation with the person across the table. I don't want to go back if the music is going to be so loud

We were very impressed with our meal, service, and ambience at Ironwood.
Our hostess was pleasant and personable.
Our server was Alesia M. She was very polite and personable. She was totally on top of all of our needs and had great recommendations when we ordered. We had the 6oz filet which was cooked to perfection and the chicken Parmesan which was a very generous portion. The sides and breads were delicious. We ordered French onion soup for an appetizer and were blown away at how great it was. A good French onion soup is hard to find.
Thank you Ironwood for a wonderful dining experience deserving of way more than 5 stars.

We called two days before Christmas to make a reservation for Christmas Eve. We were driving 20 miles so we wanted to make a reservation. My husband called and spoke with some one who 3 times transferred to the restaurant when they were open but went immediately to a voice mail. He left two messages asking for a return call to make a reservation for dinner on Christmas Eve for 4 adults. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE NO RETURN CALLS!! They just lost a couple hundred $. Never go there ever and after reading previous reviews glad we went elsewhere and saved a lot of $

We had a reservation on thanksgiving. When we arrived the greeter said, “Let me check with the servers and see where they want you seated.” Hmmm, ok. She returned and seated us so close to the kitchen door I could touch it. Restaurant was half empty but whatever. We both order the 6 oz Filet, my wife medium and mine medium rare. My wife orders a baked potato and I order sautéed mushrooms. We asked what kind of lettuce was in the house salad. Server thought it was romaine. Nope, it was spring mix, which I despise. Dinner came, the steaks were ok. Just ok. They did mix them up, giving me the medium with the mushrooms and my wife the medium rare with her baked potato. We mentioned it to the server who was surprised but didn’t really care. My sautéed mushrooms were literally drenched and swimming in olive oil. So oily I couldn’t eat them. In the end we paid our bill and left. And we have no desire to return.

This was the best meal I've eaten since moving to Yuma.

For the price point, I had higher expectations.
The veal was a bit chewy, the braised rib still had the tough membrane on it, and there was just an abundance of gravy.
The crab cakes and the pork chop were very good.
Service was fine. They did fill up our water glasses when they were empty without us having to ask.
We had a 7pm reservation and we're seated around 7:10pm

Really bad. Everything across the board was bad. “Prime” New York was a dennys steak.

Been here 6 times and will keep coming back. If your looking for a great Prime Rib Dinner, this is a great place to go. The wife and I love everything about this place, service, food, awesome !!!!

Had dinner here and it was not good. Drinks were good. Salads were decent but wanted a side salad with my entree instead of a full size salad at full price. Veal Marsala was not pounded thin (tenderized) and so it was rubbery and chewy. Sauce was off-putting, mushrooms were weird (I love all mushrooms) and angel hair pasta was overcooked. Seafood bisque was a salty mess, thick and disgusting. Service was attentive and professional and we did get one entree comped, which was fair. Maybe we should've ordered the steaks but we all had prime rib the night before and we wanted something different. Overall, service was good but I can't recommend the food or the establishment, especially at their price point. It's a shame, really. Had high hopes...

Ordered the braised short ribs and they were definitely not that. They were short ribs drowned in gravy and the gravy even tasted packaged.
Wiatress even told our group not to order the veal dish as it typically gets sent back.
Wife had the special and that was good.

The prime rib and steaks have been outstanding each time we have been to Ironwood Steakhouse. We always look forward to having an excuse to go back.
