We rented a room gambled and I signed a receipt then somebody came up to us saying we didn’t sign a bill. Hours later mind you. We spent over $1000 to be treated like this and it’s completey ridiculous I highly recommend not coming to this casino. We even tipped over $20 the first time around to be treated like garbage no wonder this place had a 38 rating.

The serversvare great!!!!!! But you ALWAYS have to wait for a table. Even when the tables are empty. I get they might be short staffed but at least sit the customer down!

We go to this restaurant once a week, usually I get the special which is the strip loin steak and my husband gets the burger, today we went again and I asked for the special and got told that’s no longer available so I ordered the prime rib and it was so disappointing, meat was not even hot nor the asparagus, au just as totally bland , so when we paid our bill asked a different waitress and she told us that the people or person who delivers the strip loin steak didn’t deliver this time, so not sure what the deal is but will not order the prime rib again, my husbands burger which is normally huge was small compared to other times, will call ahead next time to see if the special is back

Our family took my mom to dinner here yesterday. We all sat and listened to her and my dad order. When their meals came it was not what they ordered. They were prepared to go ahead and just eat the meal instead of what was ordered. However, when a member of our party mentioned to the waiter that it was not what they ordered and my parents confirmed, the waiter sat and argued that our entire table was wrong and they did order what they were served. It was by far the rudest experience i've ever encountered at a restaurant in my life. I will clearly not be taking my business back to this restaurant.

The food itself is mediocre at best. However, All the servers give phenomenal service and all give their full attention and happy to serve in a professional manner. Good atmosphere and the comps are great. But.. Yuma has very few good restaurants. I'm from Scottsdale and Vegas. My friends were laughing at the food. Ironwood is decent. Management is good to me. Hope you get a good meal ! (Stick to the Cobb salad or maybe a burger ).

The food was amazing the first time we went Silva was our waitress and she was so awesome I don’t remember the name of the second waiter but equally great the I had the steak special it was a mediocre steak nothing to write home about but I didn’t starve it wasn’t terrible just meh… the second time I had the classic burger it was amazing my son had the smoked chicken wings they were so flavorful and so delicious I almost just ordered more I could eat them all day and the beer batter fish was ok a typical beer batter fish.

I had the sliced steak sandwich with sauce to dip it. It was perfect!!!! I also has a chicken quesadilla later and that was very good as well! Service was excellent and price very good for a casino!
