Our server. Leslie, made our night. She had great suggestions and was attentive to our needs but not overly so. She is a gem.
food was underwhelming--sauce on chicken parm too acidic. burata toast not toasted and bread was cold. apps came after mains. service wasn't too welcoming. got comped for toast. overall, was not enjoyable to try out--wont be coming back
Meal was good, restaurant was 1/2 full so noise level was ok- probably gets loud when full so outdoor seating probably better, but it was night time so too cold. Might go again but not a destination restaurant
Our server was very busy with a lot of tables so she could not come by often and check on us. The wine selection was very inadequate and it was poor. The food was good, but slow. I really think the wine selection was terrible and the fact that what they had on the menu they were out of was also terrible.
My mom and I ate at Carboni’s for dinner, we ordered a lasagna and a fettuccine Alfredo. Both were delicious, served hot and very satisfying. Only recommendation would be to include bread with a side salad or soup with the pasta entrée. Will definitely come back again! Love that music was a wonderful addition.

I enjoyed one of their pasta dishes while my friend had the grilled salmon. We really liked our waitress who was hustling with a large amount of tables, but made sure to check in on us and was attentive. The food was great and the service good. It is an open restaurant with the bar to one side and was busy and therefore loud, but not so loud we couldn't have a real conversation at our table. The negative reviews didn't match the wonderful experience we had. We would go back again.

Outside patio was nice on a summer evening. We tried a few specials and they were delicious, along with the hearty lasagna. Inside is comfy but a acoustics are a little loud. Great spot for all your Italian favorites and new ones too!

We appreciate that they accommodated our request for outdoor seating. The food was delicious and we tried a few of the specials. Great spot in Winters!
Glad we came! Evening out with friends and made the decision to eat at Carbonis. Arrived a bit early so had a cocktail at the bar before going to our table. The live music was a nice addition to the ambiance. The bartender (havent seen her before) was not very friendly and had a slight attitude...and my friend felt that something was missing from her cocktail but chose not to say anything. Things improved vastly when we moved to our table. Our server was engaging, knowledgeable and efficient. The food was delicious. Two of us ordered salads and the meatballs on polenta....these meatballs are my very favorite and never disappoint. All four of us were very satisfied with our meal and the guys topped things off with gelato. Carbonis continues to be high on our favorite restaurants list.
Service was understaffed. Slow to take drink order. It was difficult to locate help when we needed water. They could have used cushions on the chairs. Napkins were scarce.

I thought the pasta was a bit overpriced, rigatoni with marinara sauce, maybe a cup and a half, $18.00 supposed to be vegan...a vegan pizza was $24.00...okay...no cheese, just veggies and marinara sauce...$16.00 for salads...total out the door with %20 gratuity and one drink... $95.82...
Our family was excited to try breakfast here for the first time. After being seated and looking over the menus our server came to take our drink order and said “sorry, we are out of bacon and syrup today” and my husband was a little disappointed because he wanted pancakes with bacon but we decided to stay and he’d try something else. We finally ordered and waited patiently for our food and right before mine and my sons plate came out the waiter came to tell my husband that they ran out of biscuits for his biscuits and gravy would he like them to substitute it for an English muffin?! Ewwww… no thank you!
It would have been better if the hostess could have given us a heads up about the bacon and syrup before even seating us and how do u find out right before bringing the plates out that you’ve ran out of biscuits?! We were literally in there with 2 other tables the rest of the place was empty and we sat there for over 30 minutes after ordering our food only to find out they don’t have what we ordered.
Great food. Lots of room inside. Would recommend.

We enjoyed dinner and drinks at Carboni's during our stay at Hotel Winters and it was great! The first time I had prosciutto wrapped shrimp and my friend has filet minion with risotto. The next time I had the salmon with risotto and my friend had the prosciutto shrimp with risotto. Every meal was delicious. Our favorite each time was definitely the different types of risotto! We will be back!
