Carboni's Ristorante is a great restaurant for any meal. Our dining experience was wonderful. The food was exceptional as was the wait staff. If you are visiting or just passing through Winters, this is a great place to enjoy either breakfast, lunch or dinner. I can guarantee you won't be disappointed!

Met some friends here for a birthday dinner - great service and excellent food - I had one of the best tasting meals ever! Delicious tiramisu! Open concept - so a bit loud for an intimate dinner.

This is the second meal that I have had in as many months that was not prepared properly. The first was an eggplant parmigiana. One medallion was perfect. Delicious!! The second was rock hard and not cooked. Sent it back and received one as equally delicious. I let it go because mistakes happen. No one is perfect. I was also more annoyed with our waitress. Apparently the mandatory tip on a party of 8 gave her permission to be snippy and unprofessional. I wanted to call the next day but didn't. Then last night I ordered chicken Marsala. The small... maybe 3 1/2 onces of chicken came drenched in a thick inedible gravy. Then I realized that the coating on the chicken wasn't cooked!! So that raw flour was gumming up the “gravy.”There was NO hint of Marsala and the shavings of mushrooms didn't seem to be the two types described on the menu. Although they were so tiny I really couldn't tell. On the plus side I did request vegetables instead of the mashed potatoes and they were delicious! Our waiter was professional. I understand the restaurant business is tough. But, really, consistency is key to having returning customers.

This restaurant has a really great feel to it. It’s situated in the new winters hotel building and is new and fresh and clean with great food.

It was an overall good experience - it was the night of the tractor parade and it was extremely busy! The restaurant and the hotel did not seem as though they were not prepared or ready for the level of how busy they would be for the crowds that the parade would bring in. However, the 3 staff members that were there holding down the fort were amazing despite the very rude people they encountered throughout the night. We expected to wait and just hang out. We were happy to just sit back and relax. We told her that shortly after we sat down so she should be able to relax about us. Lesley had a huge group of 17 sit down and berate her out of nowhere and she handled it so well. And, Rae was amazing both this night & the night not with making sure we were well taken care of. They both made us feel so welcome and like part of the Winters Family. Thank you team!!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Five-Star Experience!

We had an absolutely fantastic dinner here. The location is perfect, and the restaurant has plenty of parking since it’s connected to the Winters hotel, which made everything so convenient. We tried the lasagna, Margherita pizza, meatballs, and pepperoni pizzaevery dish was delicious, fresh, and beautifully presented.

We also enjoyed a wonderful bottle of Chianti that paired perfectly with the meal. Our waiter, Jack, truly made the night. His service was warm, attentive, and added so much to the experience.

The food was awesome, reasonably priced, and the atmosphere was great. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for outstanding Italian food and exceptional service!

30 minutes after everyone else got their food, our one pizza still hadn't come out. We also ordered another round of drinks and didn't get them. Server was friendly, but didn't know much about the specials and wasn't super attentive.

Been here many times and their food is usually great , the Thanksgiving meal however was not . My husband got some shavings of what looked like the turkey that was leftover and ham that was too dry to even eat . The stuffing and mashed potatoes were okay but we got a tiny spoonful and both were barely warm. The best part of the meal was the cranberry sauce . I will go back to carbonis because I know that this one experience was different than most which is normally really good. Just being honest here so they can do better next year.

Our server. Leslie, made our night. She had great suggestions and was attentive to our needs but not overly so. She is a gem.

food was underwhelming--sauce on chicken parm too acidic. burata toast not toasted and bread was cold. apps came after mains. service wasn't too welcoming. got comped for toast. overall, was not enjoyable to try out--wont be coming back

Meal was good, restaurant was 1/2 full so noise level was ok- probably gets loud when full so outdoor seating probably better, but it was night time so too cold. Might go again but not a destination restaurant

Our server was very busy with a lot of tables so she could not come by often and check on us. The wine selection was very inadequate and it was poor. The food was good, but slow. I really think the wine selection was terrible and the fact that what they had on the menu they were out of was also terrible.

Just moved to Winters and we ordered a dinner for take out from here and it was delicious. It was fettuccine Alfredo and the salmon over risotto along with tiramisu for dessert. We thought everything was great. We look forward to eating inside next time as the hotel and restaurant look lovely.
