My mom and I ate at Carboni’s for dinner, we ordered a lasagna and a fettuccine Alfredo. Both were delicious, served hot and very satisfying. Only recommendation would be to include bread with a side salad or soup with the pasta entrée. Will definitely come back again! Love that music was a wonderful addition.
I enjoyed one of their pasta dishes while my friend had the grilled salmon. We really liked our waitress who was hustling with a large amount of tables, but made sure to check in on us and was attentive. The food was great and the service good. It is an open restaurant with the bar to one side and was busy and therefore loud, but not so loud we couldn't have a real conversation at our table. Outside patio was nice on a summer evening. We tried a few specials and they were delicious, along with the hearty lasagna. Inside is comfy but a acoustics are a little loud. Great spot for all your Italian favorites and new ones too!
