Cozy, Casual place for great tapas. We usually get about 4 things and a couple glasses of sangria- if we’re still hungry will go back for seconds of our favorites. Only complaint is that I wish they were open more :)Wheelchair accessibility: They have a wheelchair ramp on the backside of the patio.

Good home cooking. Freshly made. Great to share with friends and family. Get their early to set inside.

They are never open, even though the web states they are!?! They are only serving sangria on a Friday night??? Too bad, they used to have some decent food for another great experience in Winters. But it seems this window is closing. I do not recommend it. Shame on you ficelle!

First time here and SO impressed! My partner and I shared Gambas Al Ajillo, Chile relleno de la noche, teriyaki beef skewers, and crostini con queso and two glasses of wine. Everything was amazing. Such a creative and unique menu! A little pricey but worth it. Will be back!

Such a fun place to go and try new foods! Definitely need to share with the table. The shrimp and crab pasta was the group favorite coming in second the chili relleno. Beef skewers not pictured were tasty but not worth the price for the small portion. Mini meatloaves were perfect and tasty. Can't wait to go back and try some more plates! Think it would be great to seat outside when the weather is good!

This is like fine dining in a fast food type setting, you. Order or get a table number then order but the food is amazing, sort of a Spanish and European menu, put your number they give in your table and then they bring the food to you. Wine & beer beverages, plus their home made Sangria. My favorite dish was the Chile Relleno which pairs well with the Sangria.

If you wanna save your time and money I recommend reading this before you go… this is truly my honest review and I tried to make the best of the night. I was thrown off instantly after trying to get some idea of the price but finding nothing online, we were disappointed to find no prices on the menu in person either. Or online because of this it took awhile to order as the server had to give us price points for every item since we didn’t know if it was going to be 7 dollars or 14. With post it notes covering the prices, it felt disingenuous to us that we weren’t able to know any prices for our food. The food was mediocre at best with over cooked noodles and mid level “ cheese bread” literally just cheese on bread in paper trays. Nothing came out as listed on the menu, “ baked pasta” was just regular pasta with no baked crust or mozzarella. With plastic water cups and paper trays the upscale vibe and price did not make sense since we weren’t getting a nicer dining experience. Even the location looking over a parking lot did not justify the mediocre food, atmosphere, and dining experience to make it worth coming back.

Omg. Came here for first time. Had canniloni with crab, combo appetizer platter and beef sliders. We ate it all and loved it. Looks like we lucked out plates! I would just add some bread to soak up the delicious sauce with the crab cannelloni.

A fun tapas style. Pasta, shrimp. Not a lot of Spanish style choices. Friendly staff and good food. We ate on the patio on a pleasant summery evening.

Best tapas in Winters Ca! Local family owned and it feels like a holiday dinner gathering every time I go... Fresh creative and and delish!

The cutest place to have tapas and enjoy a nice warm Winters evening with friends. The sangria is very yummy and my go to for food is the Chile Relleno. I have also tried their, Teriyaki Beef Skewers, Tingas de Pollo and a delicious Mexican style corn on the cob, which I hope they still have. You will want to go inside, order at the counter, and then, you can choose where to sit (inside or outside). You will find the inside to be small and cute, and the outside to be pretty and intimate. The staff is always very friendly and you can always expect to have a nice time here.

Overall I had a good experience here. The food was not my favorite - was all very heavy. But the flavors were totally there. Decent wine selection, too. I think they could come down a bit on their food prices, considering they don't have table-side service. They don't even bring you water; You have to get up to get it yourself (which is fine if the bill was cheaper). Happy to serve myself if the price is right. We sat outside which was very nice. Food came out very quick. Not sure if I'll return but it was a good time.
