This place is delicious and cozy. The food is amazing and the staff is too. We like to hit this place on the weekend and it’s always a good sign that there is a wait. Nice to have breakfast or lunch and then stroll the streets of Winters. Many great spots like the Cafe. Buckhorns for dinner is always a great way to finish a day in Winters.

This is our favorite local restaurant. The food is always fresh and seasonal, and service is quick. We don't eat out often, and when we do, we want it to be worth it--PCC is definitely worth it, every time. We've also had multiple family celebration dinners here over the years, and there was something for everyone (although they don't have vegan options, and I wish they carried more vegetarian options). If you're reading this, PCC, please carry more vegetarian food and consider at least one vegan option for each menu! There are a lot of us out here!

Very tasty clam chowder, very pepper spiced. Delicious corned beef on toasted rye. For me required fork to eat, sauce more liquid. Atmosphere-cute decorating, lower music, fair acoustics when crowded. Bakery items available.

If you are hungry and have an empty stomach, go to Putah Creek Cafe. The food comes out on a giant plate. I had the Chicken Fried Steak and eggs. The gravy in the steak and homemade biscuit was excellent. The wait staff was very professional. The food came out of the kitchen fast...only waited 10 minutes. Go in early, if not, expect a line to wait in. I will be back soon.
