I want to begin this review by stating the fact that both my dog and I go to Starbucks every morning for coffee and a pup cup (5767 Christie Ave, Emeryville). I was heading up to Chico the other day from San Francisco and I decided to make a quick stop at the Starbucks located on 700 Matsumoto Lane. There are two entrances at this location (main entrance & side entrance). Starbucks is a popular spot for coffee and snacks. The white chocolate mocha is a standout favorite, and the new pumpkin beverages are always very tasty. The staff are known for their kind and helpful nature, going above and beyond for customers, with a very bright energy. The drive-thru is quick and efficient, with friendly cashiers and a super nice guy at the window. This is a small Starbucks but very pleasant. The atmosphere and service make up for any shortcomings.
