The drinks and food were delicious! The service was great as well. The only problem I had was the music. The look of the place was gorgeous with Christmas decor and low lighting. It was in need of some Christmas lofi or light jazz music. Instead they were playing 80s and 90s rock music. It was bizarre and out of place.

This is my new favorite place anywhere near and around Vacaville. The cocktails are perfectly made and taste good too!! we had scallops on the half shell that were absolutely delicious and we had beef tartare which was incredibly tasty and we added artichoke dip with toasted French bread. It was more than we can eat but we love the atmosphere and the service was fantastic so this is my new favorite place! We also had a couple nice McAllen 12s. You should definitely give it a try!

My husband and I loved The DeVilbiss Room! The place is swanky, we loved the decor. But the drinks were the best part! I had THE best Manhattan ever. Highly recommend this place for a drink and light bites to eat!

I entertained a professional group from all over the country in Vacaville, and for the big meal where the group socializes, I chose the Buckhorn in Winters. It was an excellent choice. Each member of the group expressed a favorable impression of the historic building, the atmosphere, and the food.

We had a great time. The bar area was awesome. We had a bartender that was really working hard. The only problem was that she was all by herself working a bar that was totally overwhelming. One guy was making drinks for the tables and she was left to take care of bar business. Slow for people unless you were sitting at the bar. Our reservation was on time and the waitress did a great job. You did feel that they were herding cattle at a point because they were moving so fast, you didn't have much time for questions or comments. The food was excellently prepared. The price was reasonable.
