Turkovich is the bee’s knees! The wine is fabulous with a range for every palate. Crisp, clean Albariño to The Boss, which will put you in your place. Turkovich tasting room has three separate settings which fit the vibe you are riding. The front room is fun and active, the outside which allows you space, and the back room lounge that supplies plenty of mood. The staff is top notch with friendly attitudes and customer loyalty pride. My wife and I are active club members and we wouldn’t have it any other way. If you are in Winters, whether you live here or are just stopping by, this tasting room is the taste you need for a good time!
“Family” is right! We love coming for a tasting and glass when we pick up our shipments. They’re so flexible and genuinely helpful and nice! We also rented the Boss Lounge and Patio for an event, gorgeous interior and great service!
Great service and wine!
Excellent wines. Relaxing and comfortable tasting room. Friendly and helpful staff.
In 2020, my now-husband moved to the US and got a 12-bottle box of Turkovich wines as a “welcome to the country” gift from a friend.
Fast forward 5 years, and here we are, planning our honeymoon specifically around visiting Napa and Turkovich (all the way from Maryland). It did deliver beyond expectations. We loved their tasting experience and the Shiraz bottle we took home. Thank you!!
True Racial Discrimination after being a regular customer of Turkovich. On 23rd Jan evening around 5:00 PM one white lady wearing glasses was being very rude and arrogant while I pick up my to go order of “THE BOSS”. She had my name showing up in the system and still kept saying she cant find it where she can already see my name. An old lady had to come and show her that particular order was for me and my name shows.
Never ever going back to this place as that “one lady” has changed our entire family’s impression on Turkovich with their Racial Discrimination behavior! Very unpleasant
Always a great time!
Excellent wine; my wife’s favorite! I attended a special event at the downtown Winters tasting room a couple of weeks ago and it was a fantastic venue! The owner Chris and his staff were very helpful. And they accept all forms of payment; including bitcoin. An awesome evening w friends and family.
My wife and I stopped by Tuesday evening because we heard that Turkovich Family Wines accepts BITCOIN as payment - easy, fast, and smart! We will definitely recommend Turkovich Family Wines to friends and colleagues for the relaxing atmosphere and friendly efficient service - the first thing that impressed us - which was soon followed by excellent wine with good food. We look forward to our next visit.
Good wine and good company to start the celebration of mother's day.. GSM one of my faves wines here

A friend and I stopped in to purchase a few bottles of wine. The genial staff offered tastings of several varieties. The establishment:s ambisnce was pleasantly welcoming.
My favorite winery in all of Napa Valley even though it's technically Yolo County. Fabulous wine! $15/person tasting. Finally joined the Wine Club! Great location downtown Winters for dinner after your tasting at Buckhorn or Preserve or Ficelle. Just lovely!
We very much like the atmosphere and the wines. However, after our recent visit with friends we were very disappointed about the experience. There were four of us, two in fact members of the Tukovich wine club. We looked at the wine menu, which contained prices per bottle for non-members and members, and decided to order by the glass as we wanted different wines. We briefly wondered about the price per glass, but the bottle prices seemed very fair so we did not bother to ask for the prices by glass. The unpleasant surprise came when we paid. In all, we paid 2-3 times of what we would have paid if we had ordered by the bottle. Neither did the staff alert us to this fact, nor were we ever handed a menu containing the per glass prices. We call this deceptive if not worse, and we feel very much ripped off. Not the way to go if you want to retain your members and local fans, Turkovich Wines!!
The staff here lacks any sense of customer service. Evidently, they think acting in a non-welcoming manner is the way to gain business. Not happening. My mom and I went for a tasting with relatives last March and we all joined the wine club. Each time we’ve gone in to pick-up our wine selections, the staff displayed ZERO FRIENDLINESS OR GRATITUDE!! PATHETIC!! I can get a glass of my favorite at a local restaurant and my mom isn’t a fan any more of any of the selections. Being from Davis and knowing a lot of people here (some who have been interested in jointing the wine club), I will spread word to anybody and everybody to not only never join the wine club but to never go for a tasting. How hard is it to be friendly to customers? Evidently to the staff here, it is very hard. A real shame. Another example of how today’s society is so messed up. Common courtesy is severely lacking!
We walked in to see if you needed a reservation to do a tasting, since we were downtown for an event, and the employee told us they currently had seating on the patio. My husband and I walked in the direction we were directed to walk, and this blonde lady yelled, “excuse me! Can I help you?!” In this incredulous, over-the-top voice. I understand if there was a miscommunication with her co-worker, and they’re full and not taking walk-ins, but the way she approached it was way too aggressive. She even asked “are you meeting someone!?” in a super condescending tone. We only walked back there because we were told to do so. It almost felt like we were being treated like vagrants barging in off the street. We’ve been to many tasting rooms/wineries that were way more gracious when they didn’t accept walk-ins. We definitely won’t be going back. It’s a shame, because we really wanted to try their wines.
