Great Pizza, super long wait ( told 30 minutes and took 50 minutes), staff forgot my name on order.... One of the staff stood out though :) she was making the pizzas and knew who ordered what, reassured me she remembered my order and it'll be done shortly (immediately after hearing other staff ask my name again), as well as thank you and enjoy your evening on the way out. She is a prime example of an outstanding employee and a good person, the only reason I'll be back there actually :)

I have lived in the Woodlake, Exeter area my entire life and this pizzeria continues to slide further and further down hill. I had a takeout order of a medium combination pizza and 2 salad bar salads for a grand total of $62 dollars. These prices are outrageous and their quality of service sucks. Not friendly and the tables are sticky and grimy and gross. The salad bar is empty half the time and usually warm not cold the way it should be. This business continues to raise their outrageous prices and have poor quality service. DO BETTER!!!

I've been going to this place for over 12 years and have always had amazing customer service. However, I recently went and Nydeline provided horrible customer service, gave my family and friends unpleasant looks, and did a horrible job cleaning. This needs to be addressed immediately.

Most of the employees were very friendly. Just one person making the Pizza seemed to be giving mean looks to me. Made me uncomfortable to look in their direction. Other than that, great food and service.

The guy was nice but the lady was very rude. I didn’t know I had to pay for ranch and no where did it say you needed to pay for ranch so instead of coming up to me and telling me nicely she yells across the room saying “No No No you can’t get that” and proceeds to walk away murmuring who knows what with a very annoyed look on her face. At least the food was good

I had a great experience here. The food was spectacular!! I had ordered garlic bread, wings, and a pizza OFC and it was well made. The portions were PERFECT! Also, the workers are amazing and very kind. Will DEFINITELY be coming here more often.

I had an extremely frustrating experience at this restaurant. We placed our order and were told it would take about 15 minutes. After waiting for 30 minutes, I checked on our order and was told there had been an issue but that it was on its way. We then waited another 30 minutes, during which time four other families and numerous individual customers ordered AND received their meals.
After waiting for one hour(!!), I asked again about our order and received a vague response that it was still coming. Nearly an hour and a half later, we were still without any clear explanation for the delay. When the food finally arrived, it was barely warm anymore.
This level of service is completely unacceptable. The wait was excessive, the explanations were unconvincing, and the food was not very nice. I strongly advise against ordering here.
