Had placed an order online hours in advance and tried to cancel it as soon as I placed it. Which it didn’t give the option online to cancel. The manager Cynthia did absolutely nothing to help out my situation. Even spoke on the phone for almost 5 minutes directly in front of me before actually addressing me as a customer. Terrible terrible customer service. After every thing all she said was “well the sandwich is paid for so do you want it or not”. Never met a manager as rude and unprofessional as Cynthia from the subway in woodlake.

They never answer the phone in the mornings.I guess they don’t want the general costumer & businesses to make big orders! Also during the rest of the day they almost never answer either to take orders over the phone. They don’t open on time.

So we made an online order. And after waiting 20 mins I asked if it was ready because the app said it was ready to pic up. When I asked at 30 mins no sandwich still. I was told to be patient with them. So after waiting 46 mins they start to make my sandwich. No thanks gotta go back to work hungry now. Wife and child drove an hour to have lunch with me so yeah you get 1 star if I could give you zero I would. Also your employees should have hair nets or hats on.

Typical subway. Sucks!! The bread is toasted far beyond consumption. Who puts the mayo and mustard on like salad dressing?! It needs to go on the bread why is that something subway doesn’t recognize. Also the majority of Subways are owned by the same people that own all the gas stations………disgusting
