Aji Mori Sushi is such a gem! The sushi is always fresh, beautifully prepared, and full of flavor. The atmosphere is cozy and welcoming, and the staff are very attentive and kind. It’s a perfect spot for both casual meals and special occasions. I highly recommend trying their specialty menu—you won’t be disappointed!- Maya.

We came in for happy hour and were blown away! The sushi was super fresh and flavorful, the truffle fries were addicting, and the cucumber salad was so refreshing. The chicken ended up being our favorite dish of the night—perfectly cooked and seasoned. Everything came out quickly, the portions were just right, and the atmosphere made it easy to relax and enjoy. Definitely our new go-to spot!

Truly one of the best omakase experiences I’ve had both in LA and abroad. Every dish was phenomenal with unique flavors and pairings. I’ve experienced many Michelin-rated restaurants in my day and this spot definitely holds its own!

Wow! We chose Ajimore to celebrate our anniversary and all I can say is that it blew us away! The staff is warm, friendly and engaging, living up to their goal of making their customers feel like friends coming to dine in their home. The food was exceptional -- 18 courses, each one prepared with creativity that we've never experienced in an omakase restaurant. Chef B made our experience all the more enriching as he explained each course with a loving knowledge of his cuisine. We learned that there's also an alacarte menu, if you choose not to dine omakase at the sushi bar, served in the back end of the restaurant as well as a lounge connected by a doorway where cocktails and sushi bites can be served.

I visited from Minnesota and this place exceeded my expectations in all categories. The chefs are and staff are very respectful and welcoming! I really loved this experience of the 18 course PRIX FIXE $175.00 with sales tax! They mentioned they change their menu each month!! I can’t wait to see what else they make when I come back. The food was spectacular and so delicious! Ugh! They get a 10|10 from me.

Food is amazing!! The vibe is great and the chef is very knowledgeable about the food and his passion shows in each dish. Took my girlfriend for her birthday this evening and have to say that this place is a must try. It’s a great experience and I will be going back again and again. So excited to continue trying the chefs new creations. Owner is great and makes you never want to try another place for sushi this place is awesome 👏 👏👏❤️

It was alright. I liked probably 10-12/18 pieces. I was just expecting something more. The chef and staff were very nice, but all he would say about that fish is how it was the most expensive fish in the market. I've been to other places where the chef would tell a story about a dish or explain in more detail. Wasnt bad, but not great.

The omakase was a fantastic experience. The head chef I'd very entertaining, passionate about his creations, & provided a lot of unique flavors. The staff did an incredible job as well.

First of all the staff in there are absolutely rude and I mean it because they don't even let me stay inside to pick up the order as a driver and secondly they said that they already talked to the costomer and let her know that it takes 20 t0 25 min for the order to get ready but after talking to costomer, she said they never contacted to her and she made it an hour ago, finally they gave me the order after 35 min without saying sorry for delay atleast, they were so inconvenient and rude+
