Alborz Middle Eastern restaurant is a true gem. As a family-owned establishment, their warmth and friendliness create a welcoming atmosphere. The amazing food further elevates the dining experience, showcasing the authentic flavors of the Middle East. From the first bite to the last, Alborz leaves a lasting impression of hospitality and culinary excellence. I use them for office lunches and family dinners. Consistent every time and always appreciative of my business.

We had the most bizarre experience here for lunch today. Weekday, Noon. No one inside eating. Make our way in. A woman comes out and says what would we like? This is for take out? We say no, two for lunch. She says you can do take out or eat here. Yeah, we are eating here. She points at menus on the big table in the middle of the restaurant where they stage the take our orders and then goes to the back. Strange. We start browsing the menu. She returns and goes behind the cash register and yells to us what do you want to order? This is straight up odd and I don't know what's going on. I say the SHISH KABOB (Filet Mignon) lunch special, $11.99. She says we don't do that for lunch, even though it's on the lunch section of your menu. You can order BARG KABOB (Filet Mignon), $24.95. So I did. It's only money. The Queen of Reseda asks for some Pita Bread. She says we don't do that for lunch. We ordered some Humus which came with Pita bread. You just have to pay for it. She orders the ground beef kabob lunch. The conversation from across the room continues.... Do you have iced tea? She says you pick from this refrigerator and points at it. Do you have hot tea? No. We almost bailed out at this point but decided to just sit tight and ride it out. Salad is delivered in a to go plastic container along with plastic fork, knife, napkin, salt, and pepper. Humus delivered in same fashion, to go container. Pita bread cold. By now I'm not expecting much. Soon enough our entrees arrive in to go containers in a plastic bag. It's like we are not sitting inside a dining room with tables and chairs. We open up the containers and guess what? The food is the bomb. My filet mignon is cooked to perfection on a mountain of pillowy basmati saffron rice, broiled tomato and jalapeno on the side. My wife's beef kabob is cooked perfectly. EVERYTHING IS DELICIOUS! The woman says her husband is the chef. He's rocking it back there. After we eat we are both stuffed and have mixed emotions about this place. I pay the check and leave 15% because I'm not really sure of anything anymore. She tells me to throw my trash away as we go to leave. We left perplexed and full. It was the strangest experience. This restaurant is operating like we are in full Covid take out mode. That's too bad. The food was really very good. Next time we go looking for a Persian restaurant I can't see coming back for this experience. Good luck to you Alborz.

It's a very nice local Persian restaurant. Very convenient for taking out food. The kebobs are very delicious. We order from them very often.

The worst fesenjoon I have ever had in my life. Tasted rewarmed with so much onion. Un edible. All I ordered was stew.. nobody in the restaurant except for a door dash driver who was waiting longer than me and I still managed to wait 35 mins. Horrible. ?

My husband and I went to this restaurant for the first time due to its good reviews. As soon as we entered, the lady who worked there without any welcome told us we serve food in to-go containers, which was very different from the photos on the website and photos. The food was ok, but the service was almost zero. In an area where there are many persian restaurants and there is intense competition, we expect more from this restaurant. I am sorry.

I just happened to be in the vicinity and ran across the most wonderful restaurant. More exciting is believe it or not I had not ever tried Persian Cuisine. It was the most delightful experience! My guest and I wanted a quick delicious lunch and believe me it was absolutely worth the find!Starting with the beautiful woman who was one of the owners. She greeted us with such warmth and kindness. She explained their operations and their menu. We ordered and we were served the most delicious lunch. She told us her husband was the Chef and to our satisfaction he was an excellent Chef! Everything was very good. Please patronize this business, give community support and enjoy, because you truly will. Thank you Alborz!

DO NOT EAT HERE! Ate here Saturday 11th of Feb and got the worst food poisoning you can imagine from kashk o bademjan. weird set up you have to help yourself with starters from the fridge they have no severs, plastic knife and fork and you’re served in to go box! Food in the fridge does not have dates so god knows when they were prepared. Me and my wife spent 2 days in bed lucky enough my 2 year old didn’t have the food. Disgusting DO NOT EAT HERE.
