We waited over an hour for a table, which was probably how long they were cooking our medium (cause they do not do medium rare) steak. It was so tough. The service was worse than the steak. Even our neighbouring table was complaining about how long everything was taking. The pazooki and chilli crunch dumplings slapped but not worth the overall experience.

Been here twice and the service was terrible both times, the QR payment app barely works, the food takes forever and it's pretty expensive for what it is.

Hey management, if you care about your business, you really need to make some changes. It's frustrating that this chain restaurant provides inconsistent customer experiences. I think employee training is a major problem here. I've been here many times because it's near my place. Sometimes it's good, sometimes it's bad, but today was the worst—I'm never going back. We had a graduation party here on June 10th, 2025 (around 3 p.m.), and it was a disaster. Many tables were empty, yet we waited 15 minutes to be seated. We ordered our food asa we meet our waitress, Then, our waitress took 15 minutes to bring one of us food! We were a family at the same table—why wasn't all the food served together? My child finished eating before our pasta arrived 20 minutes later—cold and awful. It seemed to have sat in the kitchen. The waiter spilled water, gave us wet straws, and said they were out of napkins. We took the cold food home to reheat. She also forgot our extra fries. We finally asked for the manager, but he left after 10 minutes with a weak apology, seemingly trying to avoid us. Seventy minutes, cold food, a terrible experience... it was unbelievably disappointing. What a waste of a good brand. Customers paying more than McDonald's for your food expect better service. You ruined our celebration.

The steak I had was a bit tough and had a fair amount of gristle. Everything else, including the service, was great.

This location goes downhill big time. Food and service are worse

What happened to this restaurant it's dirty with bad service and they took away all the good quality items including the champagne . They should fire the manager , it's up to them to run a decent establishment. Good luck staying open

Good ribeye. A little overcooked, but very tasty charbroiled plus baked potatoes loaded and grilled garlic veggies.
Plus a mini pepperoni piza to go for $7
Ate at the bar. My bartender was a little weak on service. Never asked if I needed anything else or if I needed anything.
Otherwise, adequate.
I still tipped her 25%.

Anthony was our server today, and it’s rare to encounter such an impeccable level of service. When you do, it’s worth shouting from the rooftops! Waited 30 minutes after finishing entrees for the dessert. Spent more time waiting than eating. Time is money, don’t waste it here.

Vegetarian options: I chose Guacamole burger (nixed bacon 🥓 😔🐷) and chose vege pattie with fries, all delicious Weds Eve offer ENDLESS fries and half price beer !!! 🍻

Parking: We actually could not fit our truck into the parking garage but went to other side of restaurant and parked in a 'closed office' buildings parking area, not recommending you do this bc there are tow-away signs which we chose to ignore as it seemed unused and we were fine... your choice or decision!
