The food is good. Service is good . Only one thing you need to take into consideration is that while you eat, someone is going to break into your car that parks outside.In one evening (2 hours), someone broke into 7 different cars. They broke the windows of the cars and stole belongings. When trying to complain to the restaurant manager, the only thing he did was to give to the victims phone number of the police station and claim that the parking structure does not belong to BJ's yet there is sign that instructing BJs customer to park there.So maybe you enjoy the food and the service, but that will cost you a car window and stolen items from your car.

The TRI TIP wedge salad is an excellent choice for those seeking a balance of greens with protein. I highly recommend opting for double protein. And for those looking to indulge a bit, you can’t go wrong with any of the pazookie options.

Changed my rating on this because the service is at a negative Karen was our server today and we were seated and waited for 30 min I asked if we can have our server she said I’ll go get here and when we decided to leave we asked how many servers were there and they said they said there was only one. Very disappointing place

Sat at the bar and it smelled like garbage. I'm assuming the taps weren't clean or they had the door open behind the bar and the smell from the dumpster outside was infiltrating the restaurant. It was pretty off putting.Food was ok. Definitely not worth the extremely high prices.

Dear Management, I wanted to bring to your attention the exceptional service we received from our waiter, Mark Thomas, during our recent visit. Initially, there was a slight delay in the service, but once Mark took care of us, our experience completely turned around. I mentioned to him that we had been waiting for about 15 minutes without any acknowledgment, and he immediately ensured that we were taken care of. Mark was incredibly attentive, friendly, and efficient in taking our orders and delivering our food and drinks promptly. I must say that his exceptional customer service played a significant role in making our evening enjoyable. Our bill amounted to approximately $250, and I believe Mark deserves recognition for providing such outstanding service to us. This is what I got for a well done file Mignon. Unfortunately because I ordered from Postmates they wouldn't resend an order unless I went through Postmates. I told manager , Postmates is just a delivery service , you guys are the restaurant. And don't understand which part of this meat looked sufficient enough to send to customer. They should have thrown it in trash before they send to customers. Manager told me he would through in a dessert if I ordered again through Post mates. But guess what damage is done , we didn't get replacement when we called restaurant right away and we didn't want to wait another 40 mins for food. Bummer. Will not be ordering from bjs again.

Many years ago, my wife, kids, and I discovered BJ's on Maui. Many years later, BJ's arrived in Tucson, AZ. By then, the kids had moved away... But my wife and I have been regulars ever since! Our go-to is the BJ's Classic Pizza, either Signature Deep Dish or Tavern Cut, depending on our mood. And always the Wedge Salad. Plus, I love BJ's Nutty Brewnette craft beer. Well, then came grandkids... Imagine our delight to find BJ's located next door to Hilton Woodland Hills where we stay several times a year when visiting the (now three) grands! As we have come to expect from BJ's on Oracle in Tucson, BJ's Woodland Hills never feels crowded. Or the service rushed. In fact, it is the consistently exceptional service that keeps us going back!
