The manager or supervisor (could also just be a regular worker) is rude and insecure. she’s latina and brunette and I think she has a wrist tattoo. The register charged me and then she said that it didn’t go through but I checked my account and it did charge me. She said it will be reversed in a “few days” so we HAVE to charge you again if you want your food. I asked for a receipt or some sort of proof. I didn’t want to pay with another card and she made a snarky comment. She said, “I didn’t know you wouldn’t have any more money”. Like girly humble yourself. We all have bad days but the attitude at first sight was so unnecessary. Nevertheless, this burger king has bad service. Better off going somewhere else. She acted all tough and had main character syndrome but I didn’t match her energy because I just wanted my food and I wasn’t going to stoop to her level. Just wanted to be a good person and warn people about this horrible burger king staff. Stay mad girlypop.

I ordered the duo directions to trio it was a burger with bacon and a drink. It cost $7 and it was junk it was horrible. NFL data survey and thought I was going to get a free Whopper . No it's not a free Whopper you have to get a drink and fries and then you get a free Whopper. What deal is that I will not be back and I will tell my friends about it

How you got all these workers not working, says open and closed an hour early lazy af! You clearly ain’t ever getting out of fast food 💯
There breakfast biscuits sandwich is soon good made fresh ill wait 20 minutes if they run out that is how long to bake !

I'm so outraged . Placed an order online, and half of it was wrong. I tried calling this location to get it fixed, but the number is disconnected. When I got there and spoke to the manager, MARTIN.... Wow, he doesn't speak English, rude, and no help at all. He should be fired. Instead of trying to help , he said to me that I should go online and try to fix the order myself. He will not fix my order. I just canceled it.
I will never go to this location. Service is super bad from the front counter boy and manger. Like they are doing me a favor by working at a job they hate.
Please, if anyone does read this and agrees, please write a review and contact the main number of you can even get a person to answer. But for sure, DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION.

Well, what can I say it’s Burger King. I got the fish fillet.
Today I went on my lunch and I clearly asked for a Double whopper with cheese, and Large. I even repeated my self because it was to low for what he was charging me for $14.65. He then said yes that’s your meal but when I put my hand in the bag and I see a jr cheeseburger I told him to fix it .. then here came another girl and I am assuming she was the manager, she charged me another $7 dollars I told her why just 7 dollars more if she’s charging me the difference she actually charge me for the double by it self I ask her for all the receipts she keeps charging me for then she refused to give me my receipt and close the window I waited 5 min still and she keep ignoring me and close the window. I was in my lunch so I had to leave, it’s unacceptable how she dealt with the situation and still didn’t change my fries to the right size which eventually got cold after the situation. I will not return to this place if they feel miserable at work and can’t work they should stay home! Burger King will never be the same having her customer service working there!!!!
