Food was great. There was no wait , no lines . But unfortunately due to my horrible customer service experience today I felt the need to write this review. As my bowl was handed off the last girl as I was telling her what sauces I wanted she looked me in the eye and shut my lid and put it in a bag. That with a smirk on her face. I have never felt more degraded and disrespected in a restaurant. Mind you there was no line and no one else in there but me. I went at 4pm today and it was the lighter skinned taller female with a larger nose. Sad because the food was fresh and I was looking forward to enjoying a new spot. At the end when I tried to speak to her she walked away. I was never once rude to her to have deserved to be treated in this manner.

The food is great. Honestly order it to go for as difficult as that can be. The inside of the place is dirty. We asked for a tray and they weren't cleaned off. Nothing is wiped down. Been a fan since they opened they just don't give a F anymore.

Other Cava locations are great but this specific one has some of the worst service I've seen. I went there a few days ago and it wasn't busy, only 3 people in line and nobody greeted us or even acknowledged us for at least 5 minutes. Finally someone helped us and just ask "what do you want" with a blank face. This whole time there is another customer that is waiting to pay and nobody would finish his order for at least 10 mins, I finished my order before he was able to pay and leave. When my order was finished and the employee tried to put a top on my bowl he tried to use a beat up top that I'm sure was already used and gave me my bowl with a top that wasn't even somewhat on the bowl properly so I had to ask for another and put it on myself. If it was very busy I'd be a little more understanding but to only have 3 people that needed help and to have 8 people behind the counter just standing around is ridiculous. Will definitely never go to this location again.

Naomi and her co-workers are always great! I love the food, the choices to add in my bowl especially the sweet potatoes. And the portions are large. It's my favorite place to go for lunch!!! Big fan!

This place is super tasty but it's hard to fathom paying $17 for a bowl for lunch. My lesson after trying it many times is that less is more when it comes to adding a bunch of dips keep it simple.

I was pleasantly surprised. I ordered the falafel wrap. When I brought it home, it didn't look too appetizing. It appeared that the ratio of bread to the rest of the ingredients inside the wrap were going to be way off, but it was actually extremely tasty. The ingredients were fresh, as was the bread. The spread they use in the wrap is absolutely incredible. It was really tasty and I would definitely order again.

I got food poisoning from my last visit here. Food was left out for way too long. Ended up feeling sick and nauseous later that night and could not sleep. The workers seemed so careless when I was there. So many toppings and ingredients were not available. My food tasted off initially but turns out it was spoiled. Restaurant looked dirty also. Customer service won’t offer me a refund unless I go back in person. I don’t live near the location nor do I feel like returning to a place that made me sick. Beware eating here!

My last visit to this location was on a Sunday night. Place seemed like a mess. But I was optimistic because of past good experiences. They no longer had printed menus and now they expect you to immediately know what you want among 20 different toppings and ingredients in your bowl. I thought no problem I'll just take my time and look at what they have. 5 minutes later, Ok I'm ready to order. We get to the protein section and the worker is about to give me some "left over, broken up" meatballs. I said no, I'll wait for the new batch. Then we move on to the toppings(this time with a different worker because the other one got impatient and went to do other stuff?). All of the toppings were empty and missing except the cucumbers and olives so I went with those. The workers were chit chatting with each other as if on break. The one that served me the toppings seemed like they were high on drugs, didn't seem to be aware of what they were doing. Then they went to give me dressing but didn't have lids for the dressing cups? Ok Then, I check out and sit to eat the food. The olives were extremely salty. I thought okay maybe they added a little bit too much salt. I decide to take the rest of the food home which is when I started feeling very sick and nauseous. I was certain something in my bowl was spoiled. The food must've been sitting out there for hours and the workers were too lazy to replace it. Absolutely disgusting. I end up feeling sick all night. I contact support the next day trying to get a refund but turns out I need to go in person within 2 days to get to receive a refund. Why would I want to go back to a restaurant that made me sick while being physically ill? This company lacks integrity. From the missing toppings and dressing cup lids to the bizarre behavior of the workers, I thought the whole experience was pretty atrocious. I won't be coming back.

Nati was outstanding today he made sure that I got everything I wanted. His customer service was amazing. It was my mom's first time coming here and he helped her all through the service. Amazing customer service and I can't wait to come back. I can definitely tell that he wants to exceeded in his work !!

I love cava but the customer service here is a -10The cashier and the server have the worst attitude. The guy helping me gave me such an attitude all because i asked for lettuce … the money is there ill pay the extra charge since now and days everything is extra….Anyways it isn’t worth wasting your time when you receive the worst service
