Food terrible!My husband had a stomach pain. The hamburger looked like it was already 2 days old. The chicken was not crispy! The color of the chicken clar was dark! It was as if the oil had not been changed for a week! We were very hungry and could only eat half of it! I was very disappointed. Although I really love Chick-fil-A.But this place upset me

I came here on Tuesday and a girl I believe by the name of Genesis was very rude to me and my kid. Her service was horrible I understand it was nighttime but there was no call for her rude facial expressions and attitude.

I went in the morning because I thought it would less busy and an easy order. Whoever took my order was not very smart or aware of the menu. I told him I wanted the #2 meal and he asked if I wants 2 meals and I said no I want the #2 meal. It took him at least 5 minutes for him to understand my simple request. Then when I was about to drive up to the window, he was blatantly laughing at me. WILL NEVER be coming to this location again because of their service. I usually go to the other one on Ventura blvd.
We had never eaten at a Chick-fil-A before, and decided to try it. We arrived for lunch, and Richard, the cashier, offered help and recommendations right away. We each got different items to try and share. My aunt got the eight nuggets and a side salad with avocado lime dressing, and loved every bite. Mom got the grilled chicken nuggets and was disappointed that there wasn't more seasoning or flavor on them. She loved the fries though. I had the chicken sandwich and loved it. It was flavorful and filling. We enjoyed trying the different sauces with our chicken. Hats off to Richard, who greeted us with a friendly smile and a variety of recommendations for us first-timers.
