Less and less food every time. Something was also way over salted. All for 25$ sheesh.

The food was too cold and we had pain in our stomach after eating it. The pepper was bitter and didn't taste good. The amount of meat was very low. I don't go there again.

Here's a review for another Chipotle location. This one is located at Canoga-Victory Blvd. We've been here a few times before but have not committed to writing a review about them. My following comments stem from a series of random but close observations about this particular franchise.

To be fair, I used the same exact qualifying standards I used with other Chipotle branches: location, environment, food quality, and service. Time & again, everything checked & they consistently emerged with flying colors. TOPS! Thus, this well-deserved 5-star accolade. Just a little caveat: No reason to bask on this laurel ever. Keep growing, keep improving because the proverbial space you're on right now is unforgivingly shifty & unstable. It always is.

This Chipotle is always clean and busy.

Vegetarian options: You tell them what you want on it. Meaning you can avoid the meat

I got the carnitas salad. Good stuff. A short while later an employee went around cleaning tables, and he stopped to ask me if I am enjoying my meal.

Store was filthy. Workers were rude and messy. Took over 40 minutes to get 8 people through the line.

DO NOT GO HERE !!

If I could give you 0 stars I would . This chipotle has the worst management. I called in because my steak bowl had a hair in it & the chips were super stale. I reached out to get a solution & they refused to help endless my boss called in to show the prove they checked cameras & found him but still wanted him to go in himself he is a business owner he don’t got time to play these childish games . Chipotle really needs better management this happend on August 8th 2024 closer to 3pm . & the two people that were supposedly the managers were not help at all . They took it as a joke & let's not even talk about their portions they are so stingy & yet want to charge extra for a second scoop when the first one is already trash. Come on chipotle do better in customer service/ management. Don’t ignore your customers & treat them like they are crazy . Wearing a hair net should be an obvious decision your working with food. , very unprofessional.
