If you order pick up, check inside the bag before you leave the store. I just picked my order up. It had my name on the outside of the bag but when I got home, inside was someone else’s order with that someone else’s name on it.
The food and service is always really good. There was a higher up talking to would appear to be the manager right in the middle of the dining area. The higher up was talking so loudly. It’s so inappropriate for so many reasons. Bad for customer experience, bad for team member experience and ultimately just not a good vibe. Have that conversation is private!
DQ is literally the only reason I am eating chipotle still.
I came one time with 30m left wondering if I’m a bother since I’m sure it’s time to clean up. DQ welcomed me with a smile that made me feel welcome and good to be there.
Went above and beyond to make sure I got fresh food. On top of that, his attitude and conversation was amazing.
If management reads this, please have DQ re-train all employees in the state....
