Delicious sofritas (plant-based), made from tofu. Can go in tacos, burrito or bowl. Yummy!

The food was good I got it to go I really like the honey chipotle chicken that they have now. But that restaurant is always a bit messy so I never sit there and eat I take it back to work

Used to love going here for something quick and healthy. The atmosphere feels like a run-down place. Their drink machines are either out of order or empty frequently hours before closing, not 30 minutes before closing.

The last couple of times, I've gone there between 7-8pm they've been out of things like fajitas or chicken and other popular items, which seems bizarre.

The young people who work there seem miserable, like they are forced to work there. Really low energy and portions feel smaller.

I wouldn't be surprised if Chiptle goes out of business. It seems like corporate has no idea what's going on at the ground level.

The last time we went, they didn't even have any forks, and my partner was given a spoon to eat his salad. This is clearly due to very poor management.

I go to Chipotle multiple times a week (including different locations). This was easily the worst experience I've had. Bad food, but even worse service.

Old lady that takes ur order gives u small portions. I should just get a kids combo at this point.( came here about 4 times and it’s the same thing)

This Chipotle is a joke. The parking situation is a disaster, and the staff acts like you’re ruining their day by simply ordering food. I get that portions are controlled, but giving a pathetic pinch of meat and then catching an attitude when I ask for more? Ridiculous. The cashier clearly hates their job and makes it everyone else’s problem. And don’t even get me started on the price—$75 for two bowls (with double protein because the regular scoop was laughable), one burrito, and some chips? Highway robbery. Save yourself the headache—go literally anywhere else.

Good location. Serving lady tried to upcharge me for an extra tee spoon of sourcream. The cashier lady spotted injustice and compensated me with a free drink. Food was great, fresh and delicious.

Spend 30 minutes in line. Pour one guy making orders and act as cashier. Feel bad for him...

The place appeared a little run down on arrival, but as I went in to order, service was very slow for a Chipotle, and not only did they skimp on the meat portions, they had no lettuce and said it would take an hour to get more. This is the first time I visited this location and it will be my last. How does it take an hour to chop some lettuce???

Cane in an hour before closing.
Already prepared that ingredients might be low or out of stock.
No cheese was available but I was let known that as soon as I walked through the door.
Not a problem.

What I wasn't too happy about was the amount of meat I received in my burrito.
Still paid for the meal and went about my way.
Unfortunately, it wasn't as satisfying as I was looking forward for it to be.

Smallest portion size of any chipotle I been to. Each bowl was about 65% of what a normal chipotle bowl is. Could tell the employees were instructed to give very small portion sizes.

Delicious! Geovana helped prepare my food and Jonathan was my cashier. I could tell there was a rush of people when I walked in but the staff I witnessed worked hard like a well oiled machine! Thank you guys keep it up! :)
