I used to love Chipotle and frequented it often. But the quality of the experience has gone down the last several years. I had that Chipotle craving again today, but decided to try a different Chipotle today, because my Studio City Chipotle has become disgusting. I was hoping the Woodland Hills Chipotle would be better, but it's not. Both Women's and Men's bathrooms smell like a latrine. The portions were still good, and still good value. But the chicken in my burrito was very salty. I can only infer that the whole chain is mismanaged and gradually sliding down hill. I'll try one more Chipotle location in a few months, and if that one smells too, that will be my last try.

Chipotle is chipotle but this place is extremely dirty. I know it’s 2pm on lunch but that doesn’t excuse that out of all the 14+ tables - 95% of them are dirty. They need to send someone out to clean these even on lunch rush.

I got meat in my vegetarian bowl. I think it was a piece of barbacoa that somehow got put in. Haven't had meat in 3 years so that sucks
I mean granted, chipotle is never good, but this was a whole new level of trash. Terrible staff, terrible ingredients, terrible experience, please shut down. Luckily I'm not yelp elite anymore cause they'd really have your ass. Please close down.

This Chipotle has been good every time I've been. And yesterday they had some of the best honey vinaigrette I've had at Chipotle. It was thick and had more of a kick than usual. I'm coming to this location next time just for that, even though there's one closer to me. Only complaint is it seems like they don't have all of the organic drinks sometimes. And they'll sometimes have only 2 people working the front which may cause a little bit of a wait. But they were nice and gave me all the extras I asked for.

This time they didn't have change for a 20 dollar bill.I didn't buy my food because I believe people should be able to buy their food with cash. Last time they forgot to put the guacamole in my bag with the chips and I had to drive all the way back 15 minutes to get my guacamole.

Horrible, worst experience.Lack of staff to help clients to order.Food is not at the level you may expect...Yesterday I went there at noon. It's the busiest time of the day for this location.There were only 2 staff members helping clients. One was doing the cashier and processing online orders. The other one was doing everything.Longest wait time ever, unacceptable for a fast food.The food was cold. Not warm, just flat cold. I had asada. I'm pretty sure it was meat from the day before coming out from the freezer or the fridge.I had to go so I did not want to go back.Shame on the owner of this place to understaff during rush hours and serve frozen or cold meat
