Costco Food Court

Too Many times, asked for onions that traditionally go with the hot dogs, and being told after the order arrives, that there were none. The relish despensers, also I have not been filled before opening the court.
These are not isolated instances. It seems to happen almost every time my family goes there.
There seems to be no performance supervisor assigned to monitor the emplyees.
If this conduct is condoned, then a Large, Visible sign should Declare those faults, and we would Not order the hot dogs Before paying for them

Far too often there are no onions available as liable for the hot dogs. A large visible sigh at the kiosks would then alert us and we could just depart without pre paying and. ordering. Far Too many times,, there are No onions for the hot dogs.The relish dispensers also have not been filled when emty, forcing long lines to get to one, that does have some in it. This facility Need Supervisory oversite on a Daily basis Praying and then told of these Defaults is Not Good Customer Relations.

You can never go wrong with Costco food court. Their prices are unbeatable and their hot dog is good. The pizza can be a little greasy so just use napkins to remove some. They have other options as well for food or dessert. You have to order from the kiosk now and then take your receipt to get your item. It would be nice if they added a second window for just drinks or a slice of pizza to make things move faster.

Don’t expect for the food workers to accommodate you for anything. They burn pizzas all the time , I don’t see why they couldn’t make 2 out of my 4 pizzas well done. Made line to order the pizzas, the guy points me to the kiosk machines. If they take orders at the cashier, why couldn’t he have just taken my order right there. This place doesn’t value your business, zero customer service at the food court and from the workers inside.

Costco in Woodland Hills is one of our favorite places to shop in, it’s very clean, has everything needed and most of the time all merchandise is in stock. We recommend this place if you look for office supplies or groceries.

Good and service is great here. Friendly staff, food always tastes good. The only issue is the seating area, soda fountain and condiment station are always sticky and a mess. I’ve never seen it clean even one time that I’ve been there, but if they are understaffed then those things just happen. Overall, it’s worth it for cheap food.

I found the male cashier today 3/11/24 was unprofessional ,very rude me my husband about to order our food we ask if he take cash he said no that where charge for card we can get cash there. When we walked away he was scream out and we turned around to see what he wanted to waved he's hand said never mind. Started laughing with he's female worker. Not only I'm complaining here I'm going to call because no one should be treated that way. Waiting on long line to be denied to order when have nothing but wait patiently. Never coming to this costco location again. I have been to other costco they never treated me and my husband like that. I wish I can give no star
