Food was OK not bad but neither was it excellent. It was packed so it took some time to get the food out. Price wise it's expensive even with a AARP card we spent $45ish that's very very expensive

I went in for a grand slam witch. I had a coupon from my email for $5.99 and ordered from Mr. Agustin, he didn't ask me or told me that there are different kind of grand slam , so after I finished and got my bill he was charging me for Beyond grand slam for $15.69 , I asked him what was the different between the two he said the price lol , so I talked to the Manger Mr. Antonio, he was very professional and respectful , he Honored the coupon, my hat off to him we need more people like him in this world , I give him 5 stars 🌟 .... Mr. Agustin is a good worker, but I think he needs more training on how to ask what choices they got . That's why I only give him 3 stars 🌟.....

I came here for breakfast with my family and fortunately was blessed with the most amazing server , Agustin L! He was very attentive and friendly even when the restaurant was busy. Amazing experience, especially as it was my first meal since I landed in L.A.!

had David as my server when I ordered a steak with sides and asked to change one of them. He was extremely rude for no reason, so much so that, after a lot of back and forth, I eventually had to leave due to his attitude. I’m not a sensitive person, but his behavior was beyond impolite—aggressive and disrespectful. I’ve been coming to this Denny’s for the past 20 years and have never experienced anything like this. I hope not to encounter such an attitude at Denny’s during my next visit.

Decided to dine at the Woodland Hills Denny's location and that was the LAST time. Jose Nunez, who claims to be the manager, has the most disappointing and snobbish attitude I have ever witnessed from management. After PATIENTLY WAITING for nearly 45 mins for just two pancakes, my girlfriend and I raised a question regarding one of the prices on the receipt. He said out loud that we should know the price as "it's written right there in our face". Not once did Jose come to our table to apologize for the delay nor did he ask if we needed anything else during the extended wait. Shout out to our server Brian who was great and thanked us for our patience. Also, props to Doreen who unfortunately was belittled in front of dining customers by Jose as she tried to speak with us regarding the price dispute. The only thing Jose offered as a manager to paying customers and his hard-working staff is a disgusting attitude and traits of narcissism. Denny's must do better because you just lost two customers.
