Ok, I’m writing this review to try and help Dominos fix their problem. The pizza tracker on the app is a complete lie. The last 2 times I have received updates telling me my pizzas are ready for me to come to the store and still wait 15 to 20 minutes more before the pizzas are actually done. This is not acceptable and a waste of people’s time. The app is worthless and what is the point of it if it’s just making up info. Please rectify this.

Extremely disappointed with this Domino's location. I placed an order on February 25, 2025, with a promised delivery time of 26–36 minutes. Not only did it not arrive after 60 minutes, but when I called, I was told the driver had been in an accident and someone would pick it up within 15 minutes—which never happened. After waiting over 2 hours, I canceled the order and was assured a refund in a few days. Instead, my credit card was charged, and I've since been given the runaround. Multiple calls over two weeks yielded excuses about waiting for the owner who is in Mexico on vacation, returning on 03/09/'25 to sign off on the refund. I called on 03/09/'25 as I as told and only to be told by a manager to call corporate because the store can't issue my refund (that is the most ridiculousness I have heard, when my order wasn't with corporate). My order was just over $80, and I still haven't received my refund. This experience feels like a scam, I have contacted corporate for resolution, let's see how it goes. Be CAREFUL of this store - if they make a mistake it seems you have to pull teeth to get it rectified.

Read all the 1 star reviews before you order at this location. Rude manager, order was not ready the time it was supposed to be and had to wait an extra 1/2 hr. Don’t waste your time and money on this business.

My app tells me my order is ready at 4:21pm. It’s a “carside” pickup. I walked in and was told that it’s still in the oven 10 minutes after it showed that it’s ready. Close to 30 minutes after app said it’s ready and still no pizza… Not ordering from this branch again. First and last ever order.

I ordered pizza for dine- in - asked for salt and crust paper- and oregano to sprinkle on my pizza while we are eating. The person working in stores is kind of not cooperative and said we don’t have these items. And I says really? And he did not say anything. Do you guys believe that the listed ingredients are not used in Pizza? Or the operator - worker are being biased to Indian people? This is stupid and crazy place. We asked for chicken wings and got kickers - and tasteless. They do not have plates as well- so if you want to dine in bring your own plates. This location has dining area with table and chairs - not only take out location. Address is 22643 venture blvd, Woodland Hills. CA.

This location is a perfect example of how poor management can ruin a perfectly good place. I'm not sure how long the new manager has been there. I think his name is Ron, but things have sucked at this location since he came along. He is beyond rude and not even a little bit helpful. I've never had issues with my orders before like I'm having now. I think it's time to find a better manager because this guy sucks.
