Cons- I come here almost everyday if not weekly. Bryan and The Manger Ryan were extremely and oddly rude today. They served customers before me after I made my purchase, and they refused to give me a medium size serving with light ice. There were other people working the back cleaning instead of making my order. The service was so bad I just cancelled the whole order and went to starbucks.
Robta is another rude one. She is always mean and bitter looking. I specifically had a mobile order donut for my child and she purposefully gave me the wrong donut. I had to go back and get the correct donut.
PROS- Nadia & Alondra are the sweetest and they are the reason I come back. They always care to make my order right.

Terrible terrible terrible. The customer service here was absolutely abismal especially from Robert. Very unwelcoming, tried to buy something there after being told I was there too long and I was denied and told to get out. How can you treat possible paying customers like this? I can believe this especially because I love Dunkin, I use to work at a Dunkin. I must say that I will be contacting a higher up to get this situation handled because I couldn’t believe how I was treated there. You would have thought I was a homeless person on the street, and that still isn’t an excuse!!

Do not come here. My friend has been completely disrespected and they almost called the police on him for absolutely no reason. All he was doing was sitting down and the employee threaten to call the police on him.

I had a great experience at this Dunkin’ location. The staff were very friendly and kind, and they made me feel very welcome. The environment was clean, organized, and stylish. Everyone was polite and helpful. I really enjoyed my time there.

When every other coffee shop within a mile radius has a full parking lot such that you cannot even park to buy a coffee, this place is relatively quiet. The coffee and donuts are mediocre at best.

I love this Dunkin donut location! I’ve been coming here for 4 years now and I met every employee from this location 4 years now. I love every employee! Whoever the hiring manager is, Dunkin needs to keep her/him. They always remember my order (6 cream 5 caramel) ahahaha. The staffs are all nice and always have a nice welcoming attitude! Keep up the great work!

Yummy, but they'll sometimes ignore you until you just go ahead and use the irritating kiosk. The place is all hard surfaces with loud music so it's not the best atmosphere to relax and have a conversation. Uncomfortable even, if you don't like loud noise in reverberant spaces. But... it's well-placed between quick freeway off/on, and most of the folks working are really nice.
