Yummy, but they'll sometimes ignore you until you just go ahead and use the irritating kiosk. The place is all hard surfaces with loud music so it's not the best atmosphere to relax and have a conversation. Uncomfortable even, if you don't like loud noise in reverberant spaces. But... it's well-placed between quick freeway off/on, and most of the folks working are really nice.

I just moved out of Woodland Hills. It saddens me that my times at this Dunkin are over. by far the most consistent Dunkin I’ve ever been to in terms of great drink quality, food quality, and service quality.

Love Dunkin'. Large establishment. Playing an absolute banger of a Playlist! It was shocking actully. The employees were super helpful and knowledgeable, which makes me want to go back again, of course. I do feel like they might need to take a bit more time to tend to the lobby every now and again. It tends to get messy. Overall, can't wait to go back!

Had to wait 40 mins for my order because they were crazy understaffed. Two people held it down against 15 orders. Noami had a great attitude, Alan powered hard and stayed super focused. The staff quality was great but the quantity was way too low and the kiosk was broken and Dunkin needs to do better by this location on a corporate level.
