Save your money and time, this was my 1st time here and never again, I paid $8.97 highly overpriced for the quality not to mention the service , I ordered everything bagel with cream cheese and ham thinking it was gonna be deli ham. It was that processed square piece of ham. Plus They want to rush you. I didn't even have time to complain about the bagel... never again! Did I mention the low quality cream cheese!

Coffee and bagels are excellent. Wonderful service and personnel. Pleasant and comfortable atmosphere.

Bland, underwhelming, over priced bagels. Atmosphere is small and cramped. The staff all seem miserable and surly. Not a very welcoming establishment, you can get better bagels for less at a variety of other places around town. I'd only stop in again if I was desperately craving a bagel and wasn't near anywhere better. Certainly won't be going out of my way.

I've been coming here for 4 years now and today was by far the worst. I noticed the Owner wasn't there so I'm not surprised both service and food weren't up to par but to pay over $5 for a bagel toasted with cream cheese and to get not even an actual layer of cream cheese is just unacceptable in these times where every penny counts. The workers should care more even when the boss isn't there to keep a good reputation they have especially being a small business and not a franchise.

I walked in to a huge line, so I started to complain but when I tried the bagel it was so worth it. The service was great! All this was amazing so I’ve been going here for 6 years here.Vegetarian options: The workers are fine with any replacement or add on and there is quiet a few vegetarian options such as the cream cheese on cheesy jalapeñoDietary restrictions: They have fruit and different types of bagels and cream cheese etc so it meets any dietary meals.

They never answer the phone and there service is terrible but the food is amazing and they are very polite

They cook their eggs by putting it in a plastic container and microwaving them. Plastic leaching into their eggs that you can taste. Coffee put into cups and microwaved before serving. NOT east coast fashion..

The staff are wonderful and like family. The coffee is wonderful. The various bagels are crispy on the outside. Chewy on the inside??. Yummy bagels for breakfast. And get the various bagel sandwiches for lunch. Love this bagel shoppe!!?

I come here regularly! The bagels are delicious, and there is a large selection of them. Feeling sweet? Get a super cinnamon bagel. Spicy? Cheesy jalapeno. Bored? Plain. Service is good and quick, so it's a good choice if you're in a rush. Great selection of drinks, and other items if you dont want a bagel. Atmosphere is pleasant. Recommend 100%! Bring your family here!

The bagels are decent but the cashier is rude. I'm from VA and the customer service is still up to American standards there...I'm not coming back here

$8.59 for a bagel. And not the best bagel at that. Had an everything bagel toasted. Cream cheese on one side butter on the other.

Only place to get a bagel worth eating on the west coast. If it’s not boiled it’s not a bagel, where are your bialys? I need lower carb options
