I thought this place really really nice! Very clean and great service. Food was fresh and delicious, solid Chinese American flavors and a wide variety of choices. Oh yeah and very affordable if I remember correctly!

Ordered a few different dishes for pick up/to-go. Two of the items had hair. Also, the garden chicken had multiple strands of hair in the sauce. I'm not sure if they are wearing hair nets or not. It was my first time ordering from here and was my last. Made me question their level of sanitation.

I go there for lunch almost every week. I love the staff, and they go out of their way to give you special requests. It’s my favorite place for lunch.

Parking: Lots of small stores but not much parking. Only one handicapped spot

We recently visited Gourmet Palace China Bistro for dinner but were disappointed to find out they weren't accepting dine-in customers, so we opted for takeout. We ordered Yang Chow fried rice, Kung Pao chicken, and beef Chow Mein.

When we got home, we discovered they gave us chicken Chow Mein instead of beef. ??‍♀️ Even worse, the chicken in the Chow Mein was undercooked, and the chicken in the Kung Pao tasted raw. We paid $44 for this meal and ended up having to throw it all away. ???

We hope we don't end up with food poisoning from the raw chicken. Very disappointed with our experience.

This is the first time we ordered food for the entire family. We were given the option of small or large entrees. We ordered large for all. Not only were the portions so small, the food was absolutely tasteless and flavorless. Never have we ever had Chinese food with no flavors or so bland. We will not be returning for sure.

My honest review.

This is the best china bistro place in woodland hills. Probably in all of LA.
The servings are big and the service is A+.
Stop by and try it out. Ask for Noi to be your server. She's amazing.

Szechuan Shrimp had some blandest sauce I've ever had, raw vegetables and the shrimp had a strong muddy flavor. First bite almost made me gagI politely and humbly asked to switch it for orange chicken thinking it would redeem the meal, but instead they brought us the bill so they didn't even give me a chance to reconsider the 1 star rating.Fried noodle dish, they were stuck together into one big hardened piece. It was like an old funnel cake drenched in oyster sauce.I'm puzzled by how this restaurant gets any good ratings. This is the only restaurant in my life where I literally couldn't eat the food.

Excited to find an authentic Chinese restaurant in WH after all these years! We loved the su mai and the steamed dumplings. Also enjoyed the shrimp in lobster sauce and szechuan pork. The won ton soup was terrific. they use high quality proteins and ingredients and fabulous sauces. We can't wait to go back and try more dishes.
