Had a wonderful experience with Eric who was behind the counter crafting the sandwiches and checking us out. He went above and beyond with customer service, etiquette, menu knowledge, customer order knowledge, along with knowing which sandwiches customer order over and over and which one people order once and not again. He was a model employee and a pleasure to deal with. He made it easy and fun for my wife. The food was top tier food construction as the proportions were mixed properly for the best flavor IMO. Definitely will come here again and recommend β€œBEAST MODE” my fav Seattle player and my new fav sandwich! With knowledgeable staff like Eric it makes the choice easy and a breeze. 5 stars.

Left a very kind note apologizing for not having Mountain Dew cans in stock for my uber eats order after they tried contacting me to do a replacement , 5/5 stars for the kind caring effort the staff went out of their way for and 6/5 for the food
Thank you to the staff at this location

My husband and I stopped by after seeing Eddie Izzard's Hamlet right down the street. I got the Damon Bruce and my husband got thr Hollywoo. Both were fantastic (though I tried both and think i picked best). The dirty sauce was surprisingly sweet, and the only complaint I have is that it was sweeter than I would have liked. Did not stop me from devouring the deliciousness, though. I will be back if I am in the area again.

Solid sandwich definitely worth stopping by, better than big chains like subway or jersey mikes

The regular sandwiches might be delicious but the gluten free bread is absolute trash. You pay an extra $3 for something that isn’t edible. As someone with celiac you get excited to see gluten free options but this place is permanently crossed off my list.

I go to the Culver City location which is well run and has a friendly staff. Their awesome flavor combinations are put together by people who take pride in what they do. I try a different sandwich whenever I go and I've never been disappointed. Fresh ingredients. Generous portions. Caramel apple lollipops!! Definitely one of my favorite sandwich shops. You can taste the love!! πŸ‘πŸ‘πŸ˜

So many different vegan sandwiches, you’d have to come back 10 more times to try it all! YUM

Decent sandwich, but 17 bucks (plus they want you to tip) for a 6 inch sandwich is ridiculous. Not worth it. Go elsewhere.

Your employees don’t even know what it means to smile at a customer? What kind of behavior is that? A couple of days ago, one of your employees was dressed like a homeless person β€” dirty, wearing a jacket and a hat. Lazy, unwilling to work. I used to have a different opinion about your establishments, but in Calabasas it’s just terrible.
