This was my second and, definitely, last time ordering In-N-Out burger at this location. It took me forever to order and get my burger although there were only 4 cars in front of me. Usually, I have to wait no more than 5-6 minutes at the Van Nuys location although there are always at least a dozen cars in front me.
Apart from waiting time, the burgers at the Van Nuts location and at this location differ significantly although it was the same order. See for yourself. The burger on the left hand side was ordered at Van Nuys location, whereas the one on the right side was ordered on this location.

Note that the drive thru lanes (there are two) only take about 4 cars. The line will go out onto the street (in the parking lane, if available). Food is great, milkshakes are a fantastic value. I like Vanilla best.

So soon mediocre And sometimes you wonder why do people even bother visiting and waiting 20_30mi s in li e for this burgers
Waited an hour to get my order. All to get cold fries and water down lemonade. This location also lacks good customer service, and they are very slow. The name of the restaurant should be “in and wait for Later” I don’t understand why they’re so slow. My child had to go to bed without food because it got so late and I didn’t get home on time w dinner.
