It's your standard Jack in the box. It was fast friendly food was like it's supposed to be but it seems like they never have the menu items that I really want. So it's kind of frustrating, but other than that typical jack in the box

Just came here to buy breakfast and all around the egg was burnt. Like how do you mess this up? cook has 1 job and that is cook the food.
I felt like I was eating an egg potato chip from all the burnt. I've seen 8 year old make better egg then this.
Service was terrible, The person name Veronica took my order wrong also. Now this I can understand why because tell me why yall have SIMILAR items with SIMILAR names?
Not only do you make it confusing for the consumer, I am sure it is confusing for the workers themselves when they have to look for a breakfast item that all start with the same similar name on the pos.

My mom and I arrived to the place. I was on my phone pausing my shift on uber eats. Therefore, my mom was going to start the order. When my mom saw the worker walking forward, she was about to see our order but then the worker walked away. Two minutes later, the worker return to tell us, “let me know when you are ready” then walk away again. Like just cause one is on their phone but the other will order, why ignore it?
