I was there today and ask for wheat grass shot but they give me readymade wheat grass juice , they suppose to take out fresh juice and charge me $5.49 what a ripoff

This review is for the EXCELLENT customer service from Chris at the Woodland Hills Jamba Juice! He was such a delight. You know the kind of person who can lift people up when they’re down just by a smile and kind word? Thats Chris. I only met him this once but that’s how much his work ethic left an impression on me. I hope one day to steal him from you to work for me but until then, treat him well! He’s a great face for your company and helped me with my order until I was happy. I could live off Jamba Juice, in fact, i wish i did live off Jamba Juice. The Strawberry Surfrider is always so bomb. And if im feeling sassy, i go with my favorite "Jamba secret menu" drink: "Thank You Jesús." The TYJ will have you getting on your knees and praising the Jamba deities because it's so flippin good. Trust me, would i lie to you? #Jamba4Life
Ok, so I just had an unpleasant experience with a jamba worker. She refused to give me, her name after I told her, I was going to report her.She's Hispanic, nasty customer relations. The way to describe her is that she has wide dark eyebrows.I had to say like that, because she refused to give me her name.There's was a sweet blk young guy in which she also ordered him, NOT to give me her name.SERIOUSLY?OK, so I came in, ordered my drink. Today is Tuesday Sept 26th, and approximately 4:45 pm.I'm wearing my work uniform POSTAL UNIFORM.I noticed her trying to text someone with her phone.All I said to her was:"TO WASH HER HANDS AFTER USING HER CELLPHONE" BECAUSE there are lots of germs in those things.PEOPLE ACTUALLY USE THEIR PHONES in their bathroom.She was upset she told me that she'd wash her hands if she needed to.I was not ok with her snnipy response.She even fixed the lady's drink who came in after me, to show me that she had the last word.Well, I have the last word. I told her that I was going to REPORT HER.Then she tried to help me with a straw.I really don't like paper straws.Too late, she was already RUDE TO ME.I WILL NOT TOLERATE that type of rudeness.I will also try and contact JAMBA CORPORATE.This happened at the 21915 Ventura Blv.
Pumpkin smoothie was decent. Customer service was meh
the usual taste and large pieces of ice inside disappeared, they make it in 2 seconds, the quality is getting worse
Did not take my phone order and wasted my 3 dollars rewards
This Jamba juice is the best. It's always clean and well kept and the staff is awesome. Because of this place I'm considering replacing my diet entirely with Jamba juice. I'll definitely be back here soon 10/10

I walked in at 8:02 p.m. I said hello to the employee behind the counter, she mumbled hello. She looked at her phone to check the time before telling me they are closed. Wouldn't it be easier to just make a quick smoothie rather than losing a sale and putting a bad taste in my mouth?As I took 5 minutes to write this review, I watched her complain about me to her co-worker. Excellent customer service and excellent use of your time. I know it's hard to find decent people to work these days, but hopefully the ownership reads this and checks who closed Wednesday March 29th.Update: visited March 31st. This time arrived at 7:58pm. Gentleman behind the register was very friendly. Same culprit from the other night definitely recognized me. I've never seen a smoothie made so fast. She didn't even fill it up. I asked her to fill it up and as she was telling me there wasn't any left, the excess in the blender filled the cup.1. The smoothie wasn't blended all the way as per the picture.2. It didn't taste normal according to the person I bought it for (who's just had surgery and craving a Jamba all week)3. She didn't even wait until I was in my car to begin complaining about me to her co-worker and locking the door.Clearly she can't wait to leave work. Maybe she shouldn't have this job? I called your hotline for follow-up per your suggestion, but they're closed as well. Disappointed lately with Jamba.
Honestly not sure where to start! I never leave reviews but decided to go out of my way to leave one for this Jamba! Such good management working there, I believe her name was Sarena she was FANTASTIC and helpful. Will definitely be coming back to this one!!
The best, Jamba place I’ve been too. And it’s all bc Serena the manager and her incredible customer service. Never experienced such level of hospitality and kindness like I did today. She’s always smiling and always being so nice. I never write reviews but Serena and her Asian co-worker were soooo nice definitely deserve a raise to CEO
