By far the absolute worst Jamba location. The staff is horrible. They never seem to get an order right no matter who is working. Horrible management & service. Whoever is in charge of this location needs to be fired ASAP. I hate coming to this location. Spend the extra few minutes to drive to another location. Trust me.

I'd like to thank the cashier who took my order. I was a bit confused with some items and she literally was so pleasant with me and sweet about explaining the menu to me. With my confusing order, she maintained a wonderful attitude. I unfortunately didn't get her name and I'm kicking myself for not. Thank you!

I love jamba juice is one of my favorite places, but this place they were rude and they said they expect 1 doller coins its against their policy what company choose what type of money they expect and what kinda money they don't except ? Money is money if is quarters or doller bills and they were being rude and they said it is what it is if you don't want it you can leave. I'm very disappointed because I do really love jamba juice but the costumer service is very important I am no longer be going to this location .

I ordered from here today and while I was drinking, found multiple hairs in my smoothie ?I don’t even know how it happened. I tried calling but the number listed doesn’t call the store. Totally grossed out

My daughter order two plant based pumpkin smash and one acai smoothie this morning. I took a drink of the pumpkin smash and new something was really wrong. It was rancid. Which means they must have used regular milk that was spoiled or some other expired product. But it wasn't just the pumpkin drinks, the acai smoothie was rancid as well. We tried calling the number listed on google and yelp but that number leads to spam, not their shop.

I mean it's truly disheartening to be writing this. Unfortunately, the service was not that great and quite slow. At first I thought it was because there many online/app orders but that didn't seem to be the case. There were two employees who, despite greeting us, seemed to be off. I realize people have off days but I'm not sure what was going on but the energy in the store was meh. We waited a good 15 minutes before our one drink was done. It was also curious that the shelves had nothing in them. It's possible that's because of the recent thefts in the area?! Not sure. But as always with any Jamba, the drink we ordered (a surf rider) was delicious according to my little one. This place was mediocre at best; slightly underwhelming.

Terrible customer service. It’s been 3 times that they “forget” to make my drinks and have me waiting 30 minutes for two drinks. Never coming back here again!

Highly recommend this little place! Had amazing costumer service! People who were making our drinks were super enthusiastic!! Both of the times coming here were Great, with one O couldn't get the name of but was very cheery and the other was Lietta? Both were amazing and promt us to go back!! 200/100 would recommend here!

We visited around 9:15pm tonight (8/12) because I wanted to try the pumpkin smash (absolute banger 10/10) and the workers had really great customer connection and service. Our drinks were sooo good!! Unfortunately we didn't catch the name of who served us but he made our night! Thank you guys

I have been a regular visitor of this location and the staff have always been friendly and continued to keep their store clean. I usually order the same items through their app.I can certainly agree that the location can get busy and staff would get overwhelmed, but they make efforts (IMO) to provide good service.In happenstance, a person there had introduced himself as the district manager (DM) for Jamba. Constructively, I cannot share a favorable opinion of that DM. During my visit, another customer offered feedback on the location being short-staffed, but the DM feigned ignorance, kept the convo short and just walked off. While it could be just a bad start to their Friday morning, he didn't seem as friendly at first impression.Anyway, I'll continue to come here and get my fix. LOL

Jamba continues to raise prices, reduce menu offerings, and shrink the size of their smoothies. The quality of smoothies is still top notch but the rest is not moving in a great direction. In the past I would always go to Jamba for smoothie needs but now I've begun going to Blenders in the Grass more often.Clean facility and friendly staff per usual. Food prepared quickly. I suppose most of my issues have to do with corporate decisions.

Super understaffed. Have been waiting in line for about 10 minutes, guy in front of me has definitely been waiting longer. Only TWO people are here taking/making orders, and lord knows how many online orders they are getting.MANAGEMENT NEEDS TO SHAPE UP!!Update: some man has just emerged from the back room (I'm assuming manager) and I am appalled that he is not helping his team members during this obvious rush. DO BETTER!!
