I bought a sandwich there for the first time. I was very disappointed. The roll was stale. Must of been yesterday rolls. I picked it up when they opened. Never again.

Jersey Mikes is always my go to for a #7 Giant Turkey Sandwich! Always fresh ingredients. Recommendation: Order through their mobile app ahead of time, you literally walk in and pick up your order, and you will get points for ordering, I've gotten so many free giant sandwich's from all the points I earned... great system!

Then the next customer isbrewfy cashier comes over to ring her up but im standing there already she ask donl you want to take care of him first? To witch he replied nahhhhhhhh. Wow.

Been coming to this Jersey Mikes location since the day they opened. Love the Italians and Philly cheese steaks. Would even pick up lunch for my crew quite often. I've gotten hundreds of sandwiches from this place. Fast forward to a few weeks ago when I went in to get a free sub on my birthday. Their system was down so the girl working wouldn't make me a free sub unless the computer told her it was okay. I had my ID and I was the only customer in the store. Needless to say, I was a bit disappointed but all good I told her I would come back in when the system was working and just to write a note to manager that I was there. Two days later I went in and spoke with manager. Explained situation. I was told sorry you have to download this app. Downloaded it. App wouldn't let me add my birthday. He sent me away. What a joke. Anyway, all good there are plenty of other sandwich options in the area! I would suggest: Criccas Italian Deli Dans super Subs Pickles and Swiss Love the subs at jersey mikes but the customer service at this location is lacking.

Sitting in the car at my favorite jersey mikes because they've replaced the tables with extremely high tops and chairs to high and in comfortable to use. A mother is struggling with two children and an older couple can't sit. Ridiculous idea. What are they thinking.

Terrible terrible experience. My wife ordered this sandwich on our lunch break for us to eat. We were limited on time and have a 9 week old baby. It was supposed to be ready at 1:19. I'm standing there at 1:34 and it's still not ready. Finally they bring it to the counter and they put ham on it even though the special notes clearly say no ham .. the woman helping tells me that it's hard to see those notes when they're rushing ... but why the excuse. I'm not looking for an excuse she showed me the ticket and it clearly says no ham. At the bottom. So now it's 15 min after our pickup time and they have to remake it. They remake it and then for some reason they add mayo this time which was never on it and don't put the bacon on it and it's a club'!! .. however I didn't see the mistakes on the second one till I got home and now am stuck here working and can't leave. Not only did it take forever to get out order but it was made wrong not once but twice. I don't understand why it's so complicated to just follow what it says on the ticket. No one should ever be rushing to the point of making a sandwich wrong two times. to be honest it makes me never want to come back to jersey mikes again and what's sad is I used to come here all the time.

It had been 6 or so years since I last ate at a Jersey Mike's and I had an old gift card so...what the heck? I might as well use it. It was just under $15 for a Turkey/Provolone sandwich, chips, and a large drink. Pretty much the going rate now. The guys behind the counter seemed a little out to lunch, no pun intended. One of them couldn't seem to hear well, the other was busy making like 4 other sandwiches and had to fit mine into the mix, causing him to leave off the tomatoes that I had asked for, and the guy on the cashier was...better. The sandwich tasted pretty good, the bread was probably the best part of it. Maybe I'll be back in another 6 years. I'm a Subway dude from way, way back - I go there because they have $3.99 six-inchers and $6.99 footlongs and $7-8 meals and they used to flood me with coupons for those. Yeah the quality is not perfect but it's pretty healthy and not greasy so...there ya go. I used to go to Quiznos and Togos a lot more but they're almost all closed now. I know Jersey Mikes is a step up on the ladder but I think it's difficult to get out of there for under about 15 bucks for lunch. I know food prices have gone way up but still, you have to do some stuff that will lure the customers back for repeat business.

Insanely awful. Took forever. They kept taking new orders and just left me sitting there watching and waiting while they made everyone else's order before mine! So rude. Manager is a dummy. Never again!No thanks. Rip off. Paid for extra cheese but they gave one sliver.

Decided to give the WH location another try and the service was HORRIBLE! Something needs to change art that location big time! When I showed up later than scheduled, my order was not prepared and no one knew anything about it. The young lady that helped me, admitted that she "forgot" to pull the tickets. It took 3 staff members to complete the order. The sandwiches were made quickly and as a result, there was hardly any meat on them. Furthermore, once they were done, I had to ask for them to be given to me. Clearly the staff is poorly trained and mismanaged. I am not sure who needs to know, but I will stop going to JM altogether soon as it does not appear as if upper management cares.
