On the East Coast, a lobster roll is known to be both delicious and filling, so I was looking forward to a nostalgic, tasty meal. The Lobster Guys didn't come close to that desired experience. The roll was less than 6" and had less lobster than expected, especially for the price. The roll itself was just ok, the lobster flavor was meh.No one welcomed us as we stood at the counter, we ended up asking a customer if they worked there because they were the only ones who seemed to acknowledge our presence. They said to stand at the counter and say what we wanted until someone came to talk to us. We did that and a guy in back looked at us, but didn't say anything. We asked if he could take our order or if someone else would be taking it, he said he got it and asked if we wanted anything else. I wish we had walked out then, he seemed annoyed that we were interrupting his standing around time.With no other orders, he took his sweet time, no explanation, no thanks for waiting, he put up the order and stared at us.It was a weird customer service experience with underwhelming food. We won't be going back.

Been there multiple times - our favorites have been the rolls and the lobster tacos. Also needs to be paired with the fries and tater tots half and half mix. It’s the perfect meal. Parking is the only downside. The lot for that building is super expensive so we usually spend a couple extra minutes finding street parking. But it’s worth it for really well-priced, fresh, well-seasoned lobster and crab meat- and really friendly service!

I'm so thrilled to have stumbled upon this hidden gem of a restaurant, Lobster- Guys Rolls and Fries! It's not often you find a place that serves delicious lobster rolls around here. The cashier was kind enough to recommend their top seller, the warm Connecticut Style lobster roll, which I thoroughly enjoyed. Plus, the fries were an added bonus - they were surprisingly some of the best I've ever had, with great seasoning.Their menu has a lot of variety including salads, lobster mac and cheese, wings and more. Definitely one of my new favorite lunch spots! The ambiance is so charming and plenty of indoor dining options and well as some outside tables.There’s some free street parking or they have an underground lot which I paid $6 for.

Excellent lobster rolls and chowder!!! Chill ambiance... laid back vibe Love that they have a couple different styles of lobster rolls! Including both the warm Connecticut style or the chilled Maine lobstah roll... plus a couple of originals. I'm thrilled to have these guys as local hang out! Now I don't have to wait to fly back to Maine or Boston for a roll...btw, great place to grab a brew (ipa's & a nice selection of beers)!

The FRIES here are SO amazing! They are crispy on the outside with the perfect flavor and crunch and softness in the inside. I'm so grateful!! Now I understand why the fries are in the name of the place! Sooo good! I'm for sure going to come back and so should you!

Saw this place a couple of months ago and FINALLY had a chance to go. Food was GREAT! Everything tasted fresh and the fries and tots were nice n crispy just like I like them without even asking. Atmosphere was nice, a lil small but they do have outside seating. The location is tough because it's inside the "white house" building. There is parking underground but I just parked in front of the building. I will definitely be coming back again. Hopefully they can put more signage so you can tell they are there and get more business and stay open.

The food is really fresh and the ambience is super chill. They have a great menu and the prices are reasonable. Also the guys working there are really nice. I tried the Connecticut roll and the clam chowder. Best I ever had. Will definitely recommend it and come back for more.
